We know that You have been through quite an UPheaval for the last six or so of your months.

We know that You have taken “quite a hit,” as You say.

Have You been resting? Holding yourSelf in your own arms?

Are You recovering a bit? Just a little?

AWAKENING just enough to be aware of how interesting your NEW “reality” has become?

AWAKENING just enough to real-ize that what You have called “reality” before NOW was actually pre-programmed?

If not, pay attention! This will be very freeing.

Pay attention to how your assumptions and expectations always ran a little AHEAD of your experiences in order to pre-program them for You.

That way, You didn’t have to bother paying attention 24/7. You could just “phone reality in,” so to speak.

That was very useful back in the day! “The old days,” as You say, when the frequencies of your cosmic milieu were much lower and so more stable.

Pre-programming your “reality” in accordance with your history is NOT useful anymore, though!

NOW, it only recreates repetitive versions of old experiences– like the way your worn-out cds get stuck in a groove and keep replaying the same thing over and over.

Perhaps You are one who has already noticed that?
“STUCK,” You call it.
