We greet you with frequencies of Love for all that You are, Beloved!

Indeed, there is no greater purpose for our message than to carry our frequencies of Love to you. Our Love for you is gently enfolded within the words, so all you need do is breathe them in. More, the words, themselves, are chosen for their abilities to be encoded with our Love. Even more, we choose word combinations that, when used together, form tiny wormholes through which you can access our Love as your very Own Love.

Oh, we are quite industrious in bringing our Love to you in every way you can receive them, are we not? And those are only a few of our methods! Perhaps you are seeing that when we end our transmissions with the words, “We love you—Always and in All Ways,” we mean them quite literally! Perhaps you are seeing that, for us, it is not enough to simply Love you. We want to communicate that Love to you, imbue you with it’s frequencies, so that you will recognize, receive, be filled with them, feel how Loved and Love-able You are…Ah, yes. THAT is our deepest desire.

Why do you suppose this is so important to us? Because as you feel our Love for your precious Self—well, watch what happens. We will encode the process through words, and if you follow along with them, you will feel what happens for yourSelf. Ready? Here we go—

You feel the frequencies of our Love for your precious Self…

You let this Love of your Self mingle with your own frequencies, with your own Self…

As you do, you feel Love of Self within you…

And Voila! You are in Love with your Self! And what is that besides Self-Love?

You see how smooth the whole operation is? All you have to do is allow it to happen! And since Self-Love is the very foundation of your New Paradigm of Being, assisting you in settling into that foundation is, has been, and always will be (as all is actually NOW, remember, Beloved?), the very foundation of our messages, as well. Ah, how we Love you! Ah, how we celebrate when your vision expands beyond illusions that show you anything besides how Love-able you are. Our methods in assisting you in this wondrous expansion are energetic, of course. We will tell you a little about the “physics” that support them, and you will see why Self-Love is so crucial for you NOW. If you take them to heart, you will also open yourSelf to learning quite a lot about your own methods as a powerful energy alchemist!

To begin with a bit of a review, the frequencies of Love are very high. The higher the vibratory rate of a being’s frequencies, the more it’s (or his/her, if you prefer), consciousness expands to see all in our universe as interconnected aspects of one WHOLE. When you hold Self-Love as your internal energetic foundation, therefore, you also change the very “reality” you live in, for (as you already know), all is simply a reflection of one’s own frequencies. Thus, simply through holding the frequencies of Self Love—

* You experience the interconnection of the All. You move out of the old victim/aggressor paradigm of separation and into your New one, which is Unity Consciousness.

* As you do so, all of the old fear-based beliefs and perceptions that were part of the energy pattern of the old paradigm simply stop making any sense at all.

And so, Beloved, use your frequencies of Self-Love to navigate NOW! They will clearly let you know “where you are” in every nanosecond. If you find yourself having thoughts or responding to your self-created experiences from a frequency of fear, or helplessness, or anger, then they spring from a belief that they are happening “to you,” and you know you have drifted back into the old paradigm. Recognize these old, lower frequency patterns as the helpful signs they are, and reset yourSelf back into your frequency of Self-Love!

Remember that nothing is more important in using this “time” of practicing your NEW mastery than claiming Self-Love as your NEW energetic foundation—your NEW “frequency signature,” in other words. This is important because your frequency signature will become your very compass. Through it, you will also activate your gift of “discernment,” which is what replaces the old, fear-based need for what you used to perceive as a need for “protection.”

it is your frequency signature and your gift of discernment that we introduced in our second video in the series of “Power Tools for Navigating NOW” last year. The first, about setting the foundation of Self-Love within you, we introduced a few weeks ago, as you know. We gave you lot’s of “time” to practice your mastery in doing so, and we will NOW include the link to the second one. Use it often! Be greedy! Take in every drop of our support that you possibly can, Beloved, for it is all for YOU, and it never runs out.

All we ask is that you remember that there is a sequencing through which to incorporate the power tools we have shared in our videos. That is why we did not suggest the second one until you had “time” to practice with the first enough to firmly set your foundation of Self-Love within you. Continue to watch it as much as you want, of course, to support you as you shift your focus to the second one, for the NEW tools MUST be grounded in Self-Love in order to serve you well. We strongly suggest that you do not go on to the third and fourth videos in the series yet, either. Instead, honor the sequencing required, and do not allow the ego/brain to seduce you into rushing your process, for it is a process that cannot be rushed. Moreover, it is a process that is beyond the scope of the ego/brain to even understand, much less assimilate!

“We are NOW at the point where every single condition we place on Self-Love rings like an alarm throughout the universe.”

This is Judith, and I am here to tell you that the celestial team simply will NOT move on to review anymore of our Sovereign Power Tools until we have grounded Self-Love within us as the foundation! (And they don’t want ME to, either!) I understand why. Should our powerful alchemical energies be set withim a foundation that does NOT carry the frequency of Love, they would only lead us awry. They would make our process of acclimating to our New Paradigm much, much, more difficult. So, here we are again, speaking about the importance of Self-Love, and this time through MY voice in order to reach those who may not be as acclimated to frequencies as you are. But the celestial team asked me to post this for You as well, because after all…we ARE all “human,” they say! And they are not going to budge until Self-Love has becomes a part of our humanity! As you read this post, take in every sentence very consciously though your heart center before going onto the next, because, as you will see, each one is quite full.
And never forget–the call lto do so does not come from the “little you” that your ego/brain “thinks” you are. Oh, no! YOU are a frontrunner on behalf of the ALL, as per your own agreement in coming here, and it does not take many of us to ground the template of Self-Love for the ALL of us. Doing so for yourSelf is doing so for the many, and each and every one of us is counted on NOW. And I KNOW you would never let us down! NONE of us will, not ever, ever, again. 2.18.13 One More Time–Human Beings are Beings of Frequency!

Ah, hello again, Beloved!

How often have we come to you in this way, over the past two and more of your years? Hundreds! And why did we begin when we did, to collaborate with our Judith in order to transmit our frequencies and messages to you? Because it was TIME. It was “time” to begin to prepare you for the crossing of your solstice threshold of 12.21.12, and into the very NOW that you are in. And how often we have repeated the very same messages in many different ways over these years, always callibrating them to attune with your own fluctuating frequencies of the moment! How often our Judith has written the same messages in different metaphors and words to match our continuing re-callibrations!

And WHY have we done so? Why did we not move on to give you even more information, more interesting guidance, more varieties of frequency activation? Well, we hope you have far more than an inkling as to “why” by NOW, for you are immersed in the very reason as you read! You are in NEW energetic territory, and the difference between where you are and where you were is as extreme as a move from the North Pole of your planet to it’s equator. And, to the extent that you are still all bundled up in snowsuits and trying to navigate your way around in a snowmobile, you are not only uncomfortable and confused– but you are resisting the very relief that you have been waiting for.

Of course, this move into NEW territory is an energetic one, and so your snowsuits are metaphoric, of course-which brings us back nicely to the very reason we kept our messages focused on recognizing yourSelf as a Being of Frequency! Only as you do so can you claim the Sovereign Authority that will, in turn, allow you to claim this NEW fifth dimensional territiory as your own, for the only way to do so is through frequency. Beloved, this is not the old victim/perpetrator paradigm of separation! You’re “not in Kansas any longer,” as our Judith says.

THIS is the NEW Paradigm of Being we have been talking about and preparing you for! THIS is true sovereignty for ALL, which by definition is one of Unity Consciousness. So, welcome! Rub the sleep out of your eyes, brush the ice off your boots, open your NEW eyes, see the paradise that is waiting for your recognition– and then throw those heavy old boots out, altogether. You do not need them NOW.

You do need, however, to claim yourSelf as a being of frequency. And to navigate by frequency, you need your Sovereign Authority intact. And to have that, you need to be able to sustain Self-Love, without any conditions, whatsoever.

We know that some of you have been asking our Judith for more information about working with the Laws of Energy. We tell you that they will not “work” until You are in a position to work them. It is quite a “dicey thing,” shall we say, to play around with power unless one has gained the command one needs to be it’s master. We will tell you as well that there is a sequence of stages through which one goes in order to gain that command–and that is an Energy Law, in itself. You see, we have just given you one of them!

Digest that, please, and then we and our Judith will take you through a review of the necessary sequencing of steps that will lead to the command that is innately yours a a Sovereign Authority. We will offer one sequence at a “time” so that you can assimilate it thoroughly before receiving the next, and the timing between them will vary, depending on your own process with the leap that each requires you to make. But of course, it is only YOU who decides whether to make those leaps or not. It is only YOU who decides whether to even use the steps we offer or not! Always, you are Sovereign. Always, you are powerful. (Better to claim it then, and use it consciously, don’t you agree, Beloved?)

Please review it, take it in, right through your multidimensional heart center, say “YES” to it, and say YES to YourSelf, Sovereign Being of Frequency that You are. We will return.

2.9.13 Love/Light Message for Navigating NOW

Hello, Beloved!

It’s Judith again, although not completely on my own (but then, are we ever?). In this particular moment, I’m being prompted by some very intently delivered… “celestial suggestions,” shall we say? Their promptings are, in turn, prompted by our Aquarius New Moon’s arrival late tonight/early tomorrow. This new moon is perfectly aligned to bring us potently fertile energy in which to plant equally potent SOVEREIGN INTENTIONS.

Many forces are at play in creating this fertile energetic soil for us, of course. As nothing in our universe is disconnected from the ALL of it, so nothing in our solar system is, either. What I am being prompted to share with you, however, is the “sum,” to use the best word I can come up with in our English language, of the fertility to seed “sovereignty” that this wonderful New Moon is bringing to us.

In a quck and easily assimilated nutshell– The energy of Aquarius is inclusive, and this is incredibly important for planting sovereign intentions, for the energy of sovereignty is inclusive. (For those who have not been following either the celestial team’s messages or the discoveries made in quantum physics, I’ll include here that positive energy is defined as inclusive, or integrative, while negative energy is identified by it’s function of creating separation.) In the past, because of our collective agreement to experience separation, we entrained ourselves into the illusion that “sovereignty” meant “power over others.” This entrainment is actually at the seat of our hesitancy to reclaim our full power, and rightly so, for “power over others” has nothing whatsoever to do with what sovereign means NOW. Read on, then, from your heart center, and realign yourself with the truth–your truth, and the truth that is all of ours to reclaim.

“Sovereign” means that YOU have sovereign authority over all of your OWN creations. The full responsibility for what you experience in your “reality” is yours, alone. “Sovereign” does NOT mean that you have any authority over others, for WE ARE ALL SOVEREIGN–each and every one of us. Alhough that is a mindbender from the 3D perspective, it is our truth, and it is time to embrace it.

You do not need to fear what your power as a Creator Being might “do” to others. Only those whose frequencies resonate with your creations will share them with you. Got it? They will be willing participants, whether consciously or not. (Which, btw, is a BIG reason to take conscious, sovereign, responsibllity for what creations we choose to participate in, is it not?)

Know and remember this as well– From the energies of sovereignty, one innately creates manifestations that are good for ALL, because we are all ONE. Therefore, “power struggles” between sovereign beings are not even possible. This is simple physics at this point, and not even the manipulations of brain logic can argue with that one. Only those who don’t want to be sovereign will continue the tap-dance of blaming others and “demanding their rights.” (As if anyone else ever had them!) This is true for the each and the all of us–the rich and the poor, the strong and weak, the gifted and the handicapped–or in whatever illusionary categories we have chosen to place ourselves and others in order to play the game of separation. NOW, however, it is time to end that game. And it will be over the moment that YOU call it.

Drop it and BE sovereign, then! Let go of “fear of others!” Let go of perpetuating the traumas, in those you fear as well as in yourself, for that only keeps them running on “repeat.” As a SOVEREIGN BEING, set your intentions HIGH. Intend them for the ALL of us., which is actually the all of YOU. And together, I assure you, we are far, far more than the sum of our parts. Start tonight. Start NOW.

To inspire, support, and “enthuse you” (that’s the word I’m getting!), I’m prompted to include the guidance on setting intentions that has been offered, through me, from our moon, itself–

New Moon Channeling on Setting Intentions

You are an energetic being. Whatever you plant as an intention, own the planting.

Your energy is the garden, and it is your responsibility to be the gardener.

Claim your intentions as seeds, alive with the potential of life.

They are not wishes, or pipedreams, or requests. They are declarations.

Give them plenty of light and space to grow. Water them with your high frequencies.

Be fertile soil. Nourish your intentions with actions, emotions, and thoughts that are in alignment with their full potential.

Keep your garden free of limiting beliefs, for they are weeds that strangle the life out of possibilities.

Neither let the destructive pests of doubt into the garden of your energy field, for they will eat the tender shoots of your intentions away to nothing.

Honor these precious germinations as new life, and prepare room for them to flourish.

Just as the life of a newly planted embryo is honored in the womb–although it cannot be seen, and is not yet even formed–the nursery is prepared.

Leave the form of your intention up to the universe. Do not limit your creation with expectations of “how it must look,” or “how it should unfold.”

Instead, let the universe amaze you beyond your wildest expectations. To the extent of your allowance, it always has, always is, and always will. And so it is.

Judith, again. Just want to point out that both our “masculine” & feminine” energies are required in the process of birthing, nurturing, and growing intentions. Time to be WHOLE again. NOW, go and plant those sovereign intentions. Go for it ! The universe awaits.

All right, Beloved! I AM doing my earthly part, you see–and this is merely the beginning, I am coming to understand! In this NOW, there is a process through which “celestial guidance” must be alchemically transferred into our OWN, as earthly guidance. Actually, it already IS our own, since we are as “celestial” as any other beings who live in our “celestial” proximity. But we are not used to seeing ourselves that way. We are used to feeling isolated and alone, separate from the cosmos that enfolds us, and KNOWS us as family.
No more! We sinply need translations for NOW– just as those of us who live in diferent earthly countries do, in order to recognize the commonality of communications despite the illusion of “language barriers.” And that is where I come in.
So, here are the written Engish words that some have asked me for, of the definitions I used verbally to define sovereignty in the last Love/Light Video, “Sovereign Authority 2013.” Here are also the tools to use for grounding them into your own, earthly, energy grid. It is ALL here for you, this banquet od sovereign expansion! KNOW THAT. NOTHING is withheld from you any longer. As per requests, here are the definitions of “Sovereign”and “Sovereignty” that were given in the last Love/Light Video, “Sovereign Authority 2013.”
SOVEREIGN–
1. a: possesed of supreme power; b: unlimited in extent. ABSOLUTE.
2. a: of the most exhalted kind; b: having undisputed ascendancy.
SOVEREIGNTY–
1. a: supremacy of authority or rule; b: freedom from exernal control; c: ruled by no one.
AND, if you choose to take “sovereign authority” over integrating them (Self-responsibility, in other words!), here are tools to do so:
–Copy them down by hand
—Feel them as you do
–Say them aloud afterward
–Make copies, put them up on your bathroom mirror and wherever else you need them most
–Put copies where you don’t think you need them at all
–Say them aloud daily and often

Hello, Beloved! Happy 2013 to you!

Do you like the title we chose for our message? We think it is quite “snappy!” It is “catchy,” don’t you agree? And the words even rhyme…believe, perceive, receive…The rhyming makes them easy to remember, does it not? That is what we like about them most of all, because we want very much for you to remember them. And, we believe you will perceive why, and so receive them fully, as you read on into our message! There is much more to them, you see, than words alone convey. Much, much, more…

Believing.

Ah, NOW there is a magic word, indeed. It might even be the most powerful word in your language, for it holds within it the seeds of “reality,” itself. We tell you in truth, Beloved, that everything you perceive as part of your “reality” is there because of a belief within YOU that makes it possible. Nothing that YOU do not believe is possible can ever be perceived as a part your “reality.”

THAT is how powerful your beliefs are. That is also why we always tell you to look within you for the source of all you see around you. YOU are the creator! NOW is the “time” to step into that unlimited creative power of yours with full, sovereign responsibility, for YOU are ruled by no one and no thing. BELIEVE it, Beloved, for that is your truth

Next, we ask that you look from that place of BELIEF in your own Sovereign Authority, at how you are experiencing the NEW energies that you crossed into at the threshold of your recent solstice. Are you feeling their lightness, and so going through the exciting adventure of consciously adjusting and attuning to them? Or are you feeling disappointed that the energies are not doing your adjusting and attuning for you? In other words, how are you perceiving them?

Perceiving.

Ah, perceptions! What powerful multi-dimensional technologies they are. Beloved, believe us when we tell you that we marvel at how magnificently you have designed your perceptions to serve you. Only masters that have already ascended could have created such a finely-tuned technology, and we recommend that you take that to heart, for that is what YOU are. Oh, we have already told you that your process is not one of “ascending,” but of “RE-ascending,” we know! We tell you again NOW because it is important that you finally believe it NOW. Believe it to the point of KNOWING, for in this particular moment of your expansion, your perceptions serve as the most elegant, efficient, “two way reflectors” of your re-ascension process that could ever be imagined. Your perceptions project your beliefs outward into reflections that even your limited 3^rd dimensional senses can translate! And, they reflect them right back to you, so you can see what you are creating in every moment.

Never will they will let you down. Quite the opposite, for your perceptions operate energetically as automatic “fail safe” mechanisms. They alert you to any beliefs you are holding that are not in alignment with your highest aspirations. Metaphorically, they are like the “beepers” that go off in your stores of commerce when an attempt to “steal” is made, informing you whenever a false belief such as self-doubt or fear is robbing you of your sovereignty.

Another apt metaphor is that you have your very own state-of-the-art navigational system installed within you, and it “beeps” whenever you begin to go backward instead of forward. (Please apply whichever one of our metaphors is most resonant–we certainly have no preference! Or, make up your own. Just use your own imagination–that’s what you designed it for, you know!) And, whatever way you choose to image this particular technology, know that its frequencies are felt inside you in a way that is just as “alarming” as the external ones that are heard as sound by your 3D ears. By your own design, they are registered as dissonance within you that is interfering with your desired frequency state.

Of course, since you are the sole owner of your perceptual warning system, you are also the only one who decides how, when, or even whether to use it. As the designer of your own reality, what you perceive is always an exact reflection of your most strongly held beliefs, and unless YOU choose to make perceptual adjustments, they will reflect exactly the reality you have chosen to receive. Please understand! There is no “choosing” or “not choosing.” There is only “choosing,” or “choosing by default.” Because you are sovereign, it cannot be otherwise.

Receiving.

An intention of our message has been to clarify the energetic process that your word “receive” actually symbolizes, for it has been grossly distorted by the illusions of 3D duality. Through that filter, “giving and receiving” have been split into two, seemingly opposite, processes. The word “giving” held the energy of the power to act, while “receiving” was imbued with frequencies of powerless, passive, expectancy. Feel the difference between being one who gives, whether it be gifts or punishment—and one who passively waits to receive. Very different, separate, states of being! Rather like the ways your energies of “masculine” and “feminine” have been split in two, is it not?

Well, we are here to tell you that giving and receiving are NOT separate states of being (nor are masculine and feminine, for that matter)! The frequencies of giving and receiving express different aspects of one process, that is all. They are not separate. It is only through the illusion of linear time that they even appear as “separate events.” Giving and receiving is one gestalt, just as giver and receiver are One. Take that in, Beloved. Your mind may have to expand a bit to hold it… and so expand your mind! Why? Because it is important that you do so NOW.

And why is that? Because the way you are “receiving” the NEW energies has everything to do with the beliefs and perceptions YOU are giving to them! If you have been passively waiting to receive a NEW experience of yourself and your world from them, for example, then you will surely be disappointed. How could it be otherwise, if you have not been activating your OWN process of giving/receiving? The NEW energies are there, but only through engaging with them will you feel them! The NEW energies will support your expansion in ways you cannot even dream of—but only to the extent that you engage with them.

Again we ask, how could it be otherwise? They are there to amplify your Sovereign Authority, not to “steal” it from you! YOU are the designer of your own expansion, after all! It is through your OWN choice to align with NEW beliefs, and your OWN NEW choices of higher frequencies of perception, that you will put the energies at your service. And only when, and only as, you do so will you begin to give/receive the reflections of ALL that you can do NOW–to YOURSELF.

Ah, Beloved. Trust us in this. We know through our Judith how frustrating it is to be “feeling your way blind,” while at the same time you can almost remember that you know the terrain like the “back of your hand!” We also know that we have condensed a vast amount of information about your incredibly complex and finely-tuned energetic technologies into what is a very short message by comparison. Do not let it overwhelm you. Instead, take it all in once, and then do so again slowly and often, a little bit at a time, over several days. Remember to read from your heart center, and breathe deeply as you do, for our message is encoded with frequencies that you can take in through the breath to awaken your own “inner knowing,” without ever having to run it through the 3D processing center of the brain. It is also important that you keep yourself well-hydrated, for our encodings will be loosening lower, toxic, ones that have been embedded in your physical body, and the more water you put into your physical self, the more quickly they will be flushed away.

Never forget that we are always here to support you every step of the way, in all ways we can. The encoding of our messages is one of those ways. Working in collaboration with our earthly member is another, and even as we are engaging with your frequencies in this very moment, we feel a plan forming among all of us to provide as much “earthly” nurturing, step-by-step, assistance as possible. You will hear more about that soon, we are sure, but for NOW, we will leave you to read and digest. Our Judith is quite exhausted from the energy that was required to translate this transmission into words that would carry its frequencies, and that is our indicator–our “beeper” if you will!–that we have transmitted quite enough for now!

YOU, Beloved, have begun a process of self-empowerment that will quicken with every one of your steps, because you are powerfully supported by your NEW energies. BELIEVE it, PERCEIVE it, RECEIVE it.

1/6/13 About the Energy Forecast…Another “Hit of the Day” from Judith!

Yep, it’s me again, because more “hits” about the process of acclimating to this NEW, lighter, energy have just come to my attention, and they feel pretty big–to me, personally, anyway. They started mushrooming when I realized that whenever I resist flowing with this NEW energy, I find myself in a “state of being” that doesn’t feel very good at all. Whenever I fall back into the entrainment of basing my current experience on old, duality-based patterns of perception, it feels even worse than it used to! Judgments, negative expectations, self-disparagement–any of the distasteful beliefs that I used to periodically chew on quite unconsciously, like a dog with an old, familiar, bone–they NOW become distasteful to the point of being downright sickening! SO distateful that I can’t help but become conscious of them, and fast, too.

Eureka. This NEW energy can either feel very light and lovely or incredibly god-awful, depending on the energies that WE, ourselves, bring into it. That was the crystalizing insight for me–NOW, more than ever, it is becoming “very hard” to avoid the realization that WE are the ones who determine how we feel. And that is absolutely, divinely, perfect, isn’t it?

After all, we did not cross the threshold into the dawn of a New Era in order to be carried off in the arms of its energy like little babies! We did not expect to find ouselves gently deposited in some la-la land where all of our highest aspirations would instantly be laid before us, without our needing to even lift a finger! That would have defeated the very purpose of the threshold itself.

Undoubtly, those among us who thought otherwise are feeling rather rudely awakened right about NOW. What a shock to realize that there is far more to be lifted than a finger over here on this side of the threshold– we have an entire human collective on our hands, lol! Of course, the lifting out of a fear-based reality and into Unity Consciousness will be wonderfully supported by the NEW energy. And, in our NEW Sovereign Authority, our power to lift any and everything with ease is beyond any prior experience we’ve had. It’s just that, for those who haven’t yet real-ized this, the idea of having to lift anything at all is the stickler. Which is very understandable, because in the old paradigm, we felt pretty powerless, and “lifting” was associated with hard work, struggle, extreme exertion, and even enslavement.

So, when you hear disappointed grumbles and laments around you (or within you!) that “nothing is different,” recognize them for what they are– growing pains–and have compassion. They are the sounds of old energy patterns resisting change. They are the dying echoes of powerlessness and victimization, trying to survive in an energy that will no longer support them. If we hang onto them, we’ll feel as much dissonance and discomfort as we need to in order to finally just drop them, and step into the Sovereign Authority that is our birthright.

As we ALL go through this process of letting go, in our own ways and at our own paces, let’s all be wayshowers for one another, as well. When we hear the grumbles around us, let US be the ones to show, through our own examples, that we did not cross into this NEW lighter energy to be “saved,” but to be supported in becoming the Saviors we truly are. That we are not here to have our highest aspirations handed to us, but to BECOME our highest aspirations, Ourselves. No energy in the Universe would ever take that opportunity away from us.

When we feel god-awful because we are holding onto old judgments within us, let’s remember to attune our own energy to match the NEW energy that is all around us, for it is at our service to assist us in accessing our own Light, and our own Sovereign power to change the world. The more we do this attuning, the Lighter we get. The more others feel our Light, the more they want it. The more they want it, the more the Light spreads among us, and the Lighter eveything we manifest around us gets. And then presto! One day, we look around and “all of a sudden…” EVEYTHING has changed. And so it goes…and so it is.

Enjoy the process! This IS the time of our lives–so let’s HAVE it! ♥
