9.29.11 Riding the Currents of Your Expansion

We, the celestial team, greet you with powerful frequencies of reassurance and balance.

Congratulations. You have come through the first of what we might call “the awakened straits of expansion.” Your last several weeks leading up to your recent Fall Equinox have felt intense, even overwhelming, in an entirely new way, have they not? Know that the fatigue, confusion, and the weakening of your once-familiar “identity” were not signs of any failings on your behalf! Quite the contrary. They are signs of your expansion beyond the limitations that you had been accustomed to, and that is all.

As we told you, at your Summer Solstice, you received what, in terms of your computer technology, could be likened to “downloads.” All of them were about your interconnectedness as a human collective, as well as your connections with much more of what you have called your “identity.” You spent the entire summer processing this information, and much of it felt very “personal,” did it not? Indeed, it did!

As you processed, you found many of your assumptions about yourself, as well as yourself in relation to others, brought into the bright light of your scrutiny. Although in some cases this was difficult, know that it was all by your own design. You designed it as you did because you want to expand, and so created whatever circumstances were necessary to clear the way. In other words, as you spent your summer aligning yourself with the information you received at Summer Solstice, you were also aligning yourself with your commitment to your SELF to expand. Therefore, here is a new way to see it:

The degree of challenges you faced interpersonally over the last months is a reflection of the degree of conscious commitment you have made to your own part in the ascension your planet is undergoing.

At your Fall Equiniox, then, the alignments you created kicked in. This is always the way. Your solstices bring you information to “download,” you process it all until your equinoxes, and then you activate, or manifest, that information into practice. It is only because you are so awake that you experience these rhythmic patterns of expansion so fully now! Recognize that. Let it be your new perspective.

And so, building up to and through your Fall Equinox, you felt the energy of your human collective more powerfully than ever. Such energy there is there! We can only imagine what a shock it was to feel “plugged in” all of a sudden. But there it is, and you are a part of it. Just as you have always been, without knowing. Oh, yes, we have been telling you that you were, that is true, but it is one thing to hear it from us, and quite another to at last feel the truth of that yourself, is it not?!

Proportionately with your release of resistance to feeling yourself as one part of the all of your human collective, you also have allowed yourself to feel your connection with the aspects of you that are just as real as you are in dimensions beyond the one you experience yourself in. Suddenly, you are feeling the meaning of expansion in the truest sense! The more you allow yourself to feel your interconnectedness with your earthly, human family, the more you will experience your multi-dimensional connectedness with your universal family. And vice versa. “As above, so below,” remember!

We will have much to share with you about the glory of this expansion, and the way it changes the very meanings of your beliefs, in our coming messages. You can rest assured of that!! As well, we will be happy to answer any questions you post on our lovely group page. Know, by the way, that it is lovely to us only because of YOU. Your interest is what gives it its very life.

For now, we wish to share our reassurance with you that, if you allow this truly all-encompassing expansion, without resisting any part of it, you will find yourself adjusting to its frequency quite rapidly. And you will be so glad you did! You will reap, you will find a balance through your resonance that you have never thought possible before. We will assist in illuminating the joys of this new expansion resonance as required, of course, but you will be surprised at how much you will “light up” on your own!

We also want to mention our perspective regarding a particular “pitfall,” shall we say, that some of those most eager for expansion are, in their haste, choosing to fall into. It may seem paradoxical that the most expanded would be the most vulnerable to this one, but precisely because of the importance of balance, it is not. You see, without fully allowing ALL aspects of expansion, there are some who will be caught temporarily in the ego’s agenda of separation for a time. They will either make one of two choices, based on unexamined and so unreleased inner programs of fear and judgment.

The first tendency is to believe that one can only honor one’s humanity by discounting one’s multi-dimensional reality. The second tendency is to believe that one needs to discount one’s humanity in order to honor ones’s multI-dimensional Presence! Those with this resistance will encourage you to drop your “affiliations to being human” in favor of experiencing yourself ONLY as the powerful master in the universe that you ALSO are.

You see how divided each perspective sounds, and how obviously fractured. We are very glad you see!
Remember that your universal Presence holds your humanity within it. Only through attachment to the 3rd dimensional prisms of separation would one choose to delude oneself otherwise.
Remember that without your humanity, your universal Presence is flawed.
BOTH your humanity and your mult-dimensionality are divine. True expansion is recognition that they are one.

You will hear these two sides of a coin pretending that the other side of them is not there for awhile! They will be loud, sometimes, in their efforts to gather energy from others to support their resistance. No matter how forcefully they try to “sell” you their agendas, no matter how “heady” the trip they invite you into is, know that the real reason they have appeared is because they need YOUR help. And all you have to do is simply BE in their presence. Simply listen, feel the truth of your own wholeness, and your compassion for their struggle against their own. They will take all of that in through your frequencies. As we told you, the frequencies of your heart are very busy communicators!

We end now, having, as always, gone on far longer than we intended, and yet saying merely a fragment of all that we wish to communicate. For us, using the limitations of your language is rather like trying to build a castle out of bits and pieces of wood–it takes many of them, and requires much creativity to covey the castle that is intended! That is why we watch with awe the entire time our Judith manages to do just that. You all are truly masters to have chosen to limit your abilities of communication to using these word forms for so long, and you have even found ways to transcend their limitations in order to communicate powerfully through them! Well, just wait until you free yourself from them, entirely – how wonderful that will be for us to witness!

9.18.11 The Multi-dimensional Technology of Your Heart, part 2

With expansive greetings, we return with more about your magnificent and powerful heart!

Expansive is a good word! We send you gentle waves of expansion now through our frequencies, for we wish to invite your own frequencies to dance with ours among the waves. It is within this energy of expansion that you will feel the freedom to absorb what we will tell you next about your heart. This is because of the laws of resonance, of which we have spoken before. Because the power of your heart expands far beyond the illusionary limits your brain has been entrained into perceiving, we offer our own expanded frequencies for you to resonate with. You might say, in your vernacular, and quite accurately, that you can “hitch a ride” on our resonance through the false limitations and out into your own expanded awareness!

And you can, indeed, dance as you go! Or float, or surf, or fly, or simply ride perfectly still in wide-eyed wonder. Once you feel the resonance of expansion, you can follow it in any way you like–as long as you don’t contract yourself by thinking, and then land with a thud back in a fog of incomprehension! The word expansive was, therefore, a good place to start, because it has very expansive frequencies! Can you feel them? Yes, indeed, you can!

So please place your attention in your heart center, and begin to breathe the word “expansion” into it. Ah, delicious, isn’t it? And with that delicious feeling, let your heart open. See it, imagine it, or simply decide that it is opening– it doesn’t really matter what method you use! The minute you put your attention and intention on your heart opening, it simply does so. The images or sensations you employ really have only to do with getting you in alignment with its opening–“on the same page,” so to speak. Once you feel the expansion, and allow yourself to trust that your heart opens the minute you ask it to, you’ll recognize that the energy is familiar. It is the energy of unconditional love–neutral, unattached, resisting nothing. Flowing and soft as silk, as we have also mentioned before! Love IS expansion, you see.

Having digested that, we now offer even more nourishment. If you have not read our last message yet, however, we ask you to do so before “digging into” this one. It will prepare your palate, and give your digestive process the attunement it needs to take this one in. Or, you might think of it as similar to “acquiring a taste” for food that is far more rich and packed with nourishment than your physical body has ever attempted to process before. It would need a bit of a gradual adjustment process, would it not?

So, then, all of that said and done, we’re off again:

Your heart beats in rhythm to far more than you know.

Feel that heartbeat now. Find it in your chest, and put your hand there so your hand can feel it, too.

Then, turn your hand over and see the pulse of that beat in your wrist. Look at it, alive and pulsing there. Put your finger on it so your finger can feel it, too.

(We must pause for a moment to support you in taking time with these steps, for we can feel your brain’s inclination to distract you! The brain wants to rush right to “the facts,” which alone will give you nothing but words. As you do these seemingly simple little steps of engaging your awareness with your heart, however, you are already beginning to take in more than your language can ever express.)

Return to your pulse now, both seeing it and feeling it with your fingers.

Expand your attention to experience that pulsing rhythm beating throughout your body.

Envision, feel, become aware that every vein, every artery, even the tiniest, seemingly fragile, capillaries within you are resonating with the rhythmic beat of your heart.

Stop and wonder at this for a moment. Take all of it in, for what we will tell you very soon is even more extraordinary. Do not rush. You are beginning to learn what it means to expand into knowing your own expansion.
Allow yourself that.

So now you are breathing deep into your heart, and into this powerful, living, force that your whole body resonates with. You are feeling it alive and connecting with every cell within you.
Remember that it your heart is intelligent.
Remember that its natural frequencies are those of unconditional love.
Remember that centering in those neutral frequencies of love will create the resonance you need to expand into your highest perceptual abilities.

Begin to realize what you are tapping into!

If you do so and then allow your realization to grow, we promise you that there will come a time, and very soon, that you will never choose the brain to process your experiences again.
For now, however, just allow yourself to feel the miracle of this heart, beating within you, and know that it has been waiting for you to align your attention with it for a very, very, long time.
Now that you have, let your own, living, intelligent, heart take in the rest of our message for you.

* Your heart also carries the frequencies of unconditional love throughout your body in other ways.
* One of them would cause your biologists to categorize it as a “hormonal gland.”
(You see the limitations of labeling and defining, do you not? How can one see the all through the method of separating it into little boxes? It is like trying to run on only one leg at a time!)

* When the human heart’s frequencies are in coherence, meaning resonating with the frequencies of love, they produce that love in chemical form, and send it out to every cell of your body.
* Your scientists have labeled the resulting transmutation of the frequency of love into chemical form as “oxytocin,” or ” the love hormone,” or the “bonding hormone.”

Note what science is not mentioning, but proving all the same: YOU create this transmutation process of the energy of unconditional love, which every cell of your body then receives as a chemical, and then begins to resonate with, as well. You do this simply through attuning yourself to the frequencies of unconditional love.

The definition of this process is one that your scientists have been here-to-fore programmed not to use. Now, however, we encourage you to use it freely.
It is “alchemy.”
You are a master alchemist. Your heart is at your service when you create resonance with the frequency of love.
Take that in.

Indeed, take that in WELL before you read on! What follows is surely the most “mind-boggling of all, for the electromagnetic force field of your heart is so powerful that it has not even begun to be realized by your scientists. We observe them! Although they know more than they have as yet been allowed to reveal, they have quite a ways to go. What has been documented and is easly accessed for your review is this:

* Your heart’s EMF is larger than there are as yet instruments to measure.

* Your heart’s EMF influences both your perceptual and intuitive abilities.

* Your Heart’s EMF interacts with the EMF of the hearts of others around you.

The whole truth, quite literally, requires a quantum leap rather than a linear scientific method to discover. And YOU, beloved, are making that now.
Here is the truth:

* It is through your heart’s EMF that you create your physical reality.

* The EMF of your heart cannot be measured at all!

* The EMF of your heart, which you feel beating right now within your physical body, radiates far out into the universe.

* Through this powerful force field that emanates from your heart, you connect and communicate with all resonant frequencies in the universe.

Do your understand your alchemy now? You are a creator being. And so, of course:

* You are multi-dimensional. You are in constant communication with your universe.

* You have access to information, assistance, and support in your universe because you are OF IT.

* When your body requires more energy, or energetic realignments, you can get it directly through the web of your interconnections within the universe.

* You are not in any way alone, or separate from Source Itself.

THIS is your reality. All else is illusion. Take that in please.

To explain any further in our exercise on the game board of your “scientific format” would bring us to your quantum physics term “quantum entanglement.” Or, “quantum weirdness,” as we have heard some of your “mind-boggled” physicists call it! It is really quite simple, actually, without all of the resistances to “breaking the old rules,” or fabrications of rules, to be more precise. But we believe that is best left for another time. We do not want to distract you from expanding even further into the power you hold within your heart.

The information you have expanded into with us, through your reading, is what is most important for you to know, and to begin to consciously use, in this phase of your time. Change is occurring in a most rapid and complex pattern of movement. Indeed, many changes have already occurred, and in those cases, you are simply navigating the transition into what already is. Through using your newly awakened connection with your heart, and all that this connection means, you will find that you can see with an enormously expanded vision, and find your way with the awareness of a master who is simply steering homeward again.

Well, we will leave you to relish and explore your expansion in a moment, then! This message and our prior one was unusual for us, we know, for usually we prefer to transmit in metaphors. We use them because they carry frequencies of information that both your heart and your DNA can access very easily and quickly. However, wherever your curiosity leads you in your search to know more, it excites us, and so we offered this format of “facts”– but only to stimulate you in your process of leaping beyond them! Our hope is that you will begin to see that all of the “facts” will only bring you, after many forays through winding streets and blind alleys, right back to our simple teaching:
The way to everywhere you want to go is accessed only through the portal of your heart.

All of our messages, our frequencies, our metaphors–everything we transmit to you! –is lovingly designed to help you remember that, to lead you there, and to cheer you on, until you suddenly know yourSELF again. Then you will need no help from us whatsoever, we assure you! And, beloved, you are closer to living through your heart, closer to claiming your alchemy, closer to US, than you know. If we were in physical form, you would feel our breath on your cheek right now!

9.15.11 The Multi-Dimensional Technology of Your Heart, part 1

We welcome you with delight to our message, for it is about YOU and your powerful heart!

Yes, we have heard, and will now most joyfully respond, to your interest in knowing more about the “mind-boggling technology” of your human heart! Indeed, we use your term “mind-boggling” most accurately, for what the heart can do is far beyond what the programmed limitations of the 3rd dimensional brain can process on its own. That is exactly why we usually ask you to take in the frequencies of our messages through your heart centers–the brain will not recognize them. The brain will throw most of them out! Not the best place to center yourself if you want to receive our frequencies, then, is it?

In addition, another disadvantage you are up against in engaging the brain is that your “scientific method” has been structured to carefully prevent you from giving credence to anything that takes you beyond that 3D ceiling of limitation. That is another reason we ask you to bypass the brain when receiving our transmissions–for between the brain’s limited technology and the “scientific enforcement” that oversees it, we would only lead you right into the very imprisoning treadmills that we are attempting to free you from!

All discoveries, without exception, that have been made on your planet thus far about the truth of your universe and your power within it have NOT been made through following your “scientific method,” we assure you. As the light being who embodied as your Einstein has already shared with your human collective, “Imagination is more important than knowledge.” Do you not wonder why that statement has not caught fire in releasing more of the all of you from the tiresome, even illogical, bondage of relying on what is already known to go beyond the already known? It is very good if you wonder about that a little! Give THAT to your 3rd dimensional technology to chew on! That should keep it busy for awhile, indeed.

Having said all of that, we will respond to your request by sharing a little with you about your heart, nonetheless. Upon realizing all of the words it would take to express this “very little,” however, we have decided to do so in two segments. The first half of our sharing is in this message, and the rest will follow within one or two of your days. The exact timing will be determined by you, and your process of receiving!

As we have told you, we watch you with infinite attention and care as you absorb our messages, and you teach us much about how to make our transmissions as “receivable” by you as possible. We know that we have transmitted messages before that were too long for you to handle, given all of the energy changes and 3D programming you were currently dealing with. It grieves us to see any part of them go undigested, for we want so much to assist you, and so we learned. We LOVE you so! We wish not a drop of our love to go anywhere but within you.

So, we begin our “first installment” now. We ask you prepare to receive it by opening that amazing heart of yours to the frequencies of our words. Only by doing so will you have the full, revelatory, experience of feeling them resonate with the truth that is already known within you. Feeling that resonance is all you need to know the truth, for the heart does not need explanations about itself! It lives them! It is only the mind that demands proof of what already is.

Well, then “here we go,” as you say! Settle your attention in your heart center. Do not bother with asking how to do this. Such questions come only from the brain’s linear 3D programming, which will take you nowhere besides where you have already been before. You already know how to do this. The brain does not. Trust that, and simply decide to center in your heart, and there you will be. Oh, yes, it is that simple! Just ignore what the brain says about it for now. No buying into thoughts, no matter how insistently they pull at you. This time, YOU be the master, and let them go unattended.

Simply center in your heart. Just move into the silence within you, and you will find that it is very alive and engaged. Breathe into your heart, and amplify your intention, if necessary. Continue to breathe into your hear to let yourself know that you are there. Wonderful. Give yourself time to do this, relax, allow, feel the difference. Then, only when you feel yourself connected with your heart, and you feel your heart respond, read on. Take your time with this heart-centering! This is an important moment for you. Let yourself have it. And then:

* Your heart is many-faceted and multi-dimensional. (Do you feel the resonance with those words within you?)

* Your heart is also a brain, in that it is intelligent, can make decisions, process information, learn, and remember.

* Your heart-brain has its own intrinsic nervous system that connects with every part of your body, including your head-brain and your DNA.

* Frequencies of stress, fear, and negative emotions are “incoherent,” meaning they create interference in your heart-brain’s perceptual abilities.

* This interference then transmits incoherent neural patterns to your head/brain that, in turn, inhibits its own higher cognitive functions.

* You may begin to see now why fear has been such an effective tool of oppression.

How are you doing with that information? Let it sink in. Reread it if necessary, take your time to let it sink in fully before going on. Do this at any time you need to after you resume reading, as well. Otherwise, your brain will take over and read “facts,” and file them away or discard them, and then hurriedly rush you through your reading, simply to get it “accomplished.” Do not let that happen. Do not miss your moment of feeling your heart respond to its truth.

* The frequencies of your heart are “coherent” when they are engaged with positive emotions.

* We wish to point out that this is not the same state that the “relaxation techniques” you have been encouraged by your science to use induce! That is a whole other agenda entirely.

* This state of coherence with positive emotions is not one that lulls you into a peace that comes from “drifting a way from it all,” but one of active engagement. It is very calm, but also very alert. It is alive.

* The frequency that engages the heart to its most natural, resonant, and powerful frequency is that of unconditional love.

You see again why we have been forever “nagging away” about balancing in your heart centers, where all polarities merge into neutral, unconditional love!

So, we will pause our transmission about your magnificent heart for now. Please take all that we have shared into you, and let it digest until it becomes part of your being. Enjoy feeling it become so, and notice how it changes you, as does everything you choose to take into yourself. Know that there is more soon to come, and until you have digested this much, you will not be able to hold the rest! As well, what you take in from your reading now will change you in a way that will make you even more able to assimilate the rest!

We will return with more about the wonders of the divine technology of your heart in a flash! In the meantime, we will be digesting your process of digesting what we have shared so far with enormous relish.

Practice Attuning to Frequencies and Celebrate the Energies of Emergence!

We send frequencies from our wellspring of love to you in this moment of your flowing NOW!

We watch our frequencies dance to you through the many energies that are playing together around your planet now, and what a light show it is, indeed!
We know that you are feeling all of that energy as it pulses and weaves around you, and we rejoice in that. Why?

We rejoice because you are feeling energy! At last, you “know” it is there, for it is too intense to be denied! Do you see what that means? Finally, you are coming to understand that your “reality” is determined by the frequencies of energy!

Rather than be disturbed by this, rejoice with us! Feel the energy, recognize it as such, for on the heels of such recognition will come the awareness that all is energy, and you are part of that all, and once you remember this… everything changes. Hallelujah, we say.

Once you feel in the core of you the truth that you are part of the all, you know that the ALL is therefore a part of YOU as well. And anything that is part of you, you can change. Within that awareness lies your divinity, your mastery, and your power as a collective. It is that awareness that your universe awaits.
And we tell you that all in your universe will bow to you as One when it occurs.
Hallelujah, indeed.

The truth of this is already within you, and it is this truth that we tend to most diligently through our messages. We will tell you a little of what we mean by tending. Before every one of our messages, we have what you would call a grand conference, flashing our insights and creative ideas back and forth to one another throughout all the collectives who join together as one for our transmissions.

Our flashes fly through our dimensions like bright sparks of electricity, although from our perspective they happen instantaneously. From yours, however, they would look like a constant interplay of sparks of light, shooting and connecting with one another in a continuous and vibrantly alive communication pattern.

Know that this conference of ours begins the moment we finish one of our transmissions, and ends only when we join as one to begin the next.
Never, are you unattended!

We do more than that as well.
We pulse frequencies of light into the truth of your being in every nanosecond of your time.
We find every crack in your 3rd dimensional ego structures, so that we might flood as much of our love/light through them as you will allow.
We know you by name, and collaborate with your own guides and celestial aspects to determine exactly what frequencies, carried by what words in what combination, will assist you as much as you will let yourself receive through the reading.

Yes, we do this, and we mean for YOU personally, who is reading in this
moment! It crosses your mind to wonder how that could be possible, when so many others are reading the message as well, we know.
We cannot explain this to you now.
No matter how many words and metaphors we used in our effort to do so, it would still remain and a mystery to you at this time.
One day soon, however, when you have expanded completely beyond the lmitations of third dimensional perception, you will understand how it is possible in a heartbeat!

At this time, however, our ability to use frequency to weave one message for all that contains within it a single, personal, message for each reader as well would be as hard to grasp as it would be to comprehend the way in which it is woven by the weavers!

You see, we are a very large group that spans several of the uppermost dimensions. Each of these dimensions has very different methods of perceiving, as well as communicating. Yet, we can adjust and calibrate with one another easily in order to speak as one Moreover, the group we make together, the celestial team, is composed of many collectives, each of whom resides in one of these higher dimensional realms. Each collective is in turn composed of sometimes thousands of individuals within them, each of whom calibrates into harmony with the others in order to speak as one.

And that is not all!
Aspects of our collectives are within our Judith as well, experiencing life in her current human form. It is only through her connection to us through these aspects that our frequencies can be braided and transmitted through a delicate arrangement of words into one message that will resonate in your collective dimensional frequency for all and for each.
That is a lot to comprehend, is it not?

And that is just an outline! Our Judith has been transmitting our messages onto paper for many months now, and even she is only beginning to understand all that she is “doing” in the process!
But you do not need to “comprehend” any of this at all. We only tell you of these multi-dimensional methods of communication to illustrate that, even though we cannot yet explain to you how we transmit one message to all of you that is also personal for each of you—its simply how we operate in the higher realms!

All that is essential for you at this time is to practice reading the frequencies of our transmission through your heart center. Know that they live, just as you do, and if you read but one, single, message at different moments of your life, it will be as reading a different message at each of those moments. You will find what is relevant to you then, rather than what you found at a prior reading.

We hope you are beginning to fathom what diligent and unwavering attention is devoted to each one of you! Reaching you, touching you, and awakening you to the truth of who you are is our greatest privilege and our deepest joy.
Stretch you heart open as you read, then, in order to receive our outpouring of love for you, and know that it is personally designed for your heart alone!

So, perhaps you at last understand, as well, why it is that we rejoice that you are “feeling the energy”around you now so intensely!
At last, the electromagnetic barriers around your planet are thinning.
At last, the mind-numbing programs that have kept you “out of your minds” and running the treadmills of the brain are weakening.
At last, your sun can reach you with flares of awakening to the perfection of your collective unity.
You see why we ask you to rejoice with us!

Lastly, we want to acknowledge before parting that we are aware that many among you are working very hard these days to understand what is happening in your hearts–only they are trying to do so through their brains!Ah, they are researching! “Re-searching” is looking in the past for the
present, is it not? You have to smile at this, do you not? Gently, as a loving adult might smile at an industrious but stubborn child?

Many of these are also getting quite a thrill out of the “drama of needing to figure it out,” have you noticed? This is understandable, for “drama” has been a big pastime on your planet for quite some time. It was a way to “feel alive” in societal constructs that discouraged actually “being alive.”
Smile gently and lovingly at this as well. As they breathe in the frequencies of your smile, they will catch up.

Do not be afraid of anything! Instead, feel the energies now, and know that you are awakening! Rest, muse, walk in nature with your bare feet on the earth, and simply receive.
Let yourself pause, drop off of the treadmills, accept your confusion, and let yourself be happy to be confused.
What is wrong with confusion, anyway? Nothing! It releases one from the ignorance of knowing, and opens one up to wonder.

Be grateful that you are no longer one “who needs to have all the answers!”
We promise you, thinking that one “knows” is like a door that slams one into nothing but a prison of limitation.
Be patient. Your heart is taking in all. Breathe. Be as an unknowing child, delighting in a life to discover anew, and all will be well.

We say hello with whispers of love into the ears of your heart!

Ah, dear heart! We know you are processing much now, far more than your brain can conceive of, and we do not wish to deliver anymore in this transmission for you to process, not at all, not at this time! We are just so moved by tenderness for you now that we wanted to whisper our love. We would love to gently touch your face with reassurance, and promise you that it is safe to trust that all that you are doing through your being on your planet is very fine. Can you feel our whispers, our love, our touch?

We ask you to please love yourSELF as you are loved. Accept that all that is without you is within you as well, and you cannot love anything without you that is not first accepted and loved within you. You do not have to try to grasp this with your mind, or work at trying to understand how this could be, dear heart. If you do, you will only end up confused by the third dimensional treadmills of the mind. What you long for is LOVE, and that is not something that the mind can process. The mind can justify reasons to love, it is true, but in the doing, love is lost. In the doing, love becomes justice, which is another thing altogether, and even that, the mind knows nothing about.

Do not tax yourself anymore, dear one. Leave the treadmills at last, and simply swoon into the arms of love. Love will do everything the treadmills cannot do. Love will do all for you, and be a balm to all within you that hurts, all within you that strains to understand. You are so much more than the brain can fathom,you are doing so much more to integrate the all into one than your brain could ever discover by thinking! Let it rest in peace, and trust our words. Go into your heart, and feel all within you that needs your love.

Now, what do you do when you meet someone who needs to feel the touch of love more than anything else? What do you do with a child who is starving to death, no matter how dirty or lost they seem, no matter what they have done in their efforts to survive? Do you stop to judge them in that moment? Or do you simply meet them in that moment of desperate hunger, and give them sustenance?

Take our question to heart, so that you might know yourSELF. How much compassion do you allow to flow from within you? Know that the child of whom we speak IS within you. And until that child is fed, no other children will be fed.
Until you feed love to the child within, you will leave all of the children who are dying of hunger on your planet to starve as well.

The kingdom of God is within you.
Nurture all in that kingdom with love! Accept all, forgive all, and get an IV of love going into your kingdom. Do not stop to “figure this out!” Simply accept the truth and accept your power. Your power is love, you are love. All else is illusion, the sources of which are complicated, and unnecessary to even go into!

If the flowers in your garden are dying of thirst and you know how to turn on the tap to give them water, do you have to know exactly how the plumbing works before using it? Do you have to decide whether or not the plants “should be” as parched as they are? No! What a waste of time that would be, would it not? What laughable questions we have asked, have we not? You know much better than to even run them through your brain!

Well then, dear one. Simply turn on the tap of your love. Tap your power.
As the holy water of love flows over all that is parched within you, all that receives this holy love will bloom again. All of the flowers around you will bloom with your own. What more would you possibly need to know?

WE love you! We have OUR sprinklers on full force for you! Drink, love, and be at peace. Drink freely and often, for there is no end to this Living Water called Love. Your Yeshuwa has seen to that, Beloved.

An Exercise in Loving Yourself as Much as WE DO!

We emanate our eternal love to you most tenderly tonight in the luminationof your ripe, full moon!

Yes, your moon is full and lovely in this moment and place of our transmitting, and it moves us to remind you that YOU are THAT. YOU are full and luminous, and ripe with light as well. Please see this moon as a reflection of your own inner fineness, see it as an ode to your unextinguishable, eternal, luminosity, a visual poem to you about your SELF, just as we do!

So often, you are very hard on your SELF, trying so hard to be MORE than you are, and you could not possibly be more! You could not possibly be better! You are perfect, just as you are now. You can want to have new experiences, want to explore different ways of experiencing your SELF, but you do not “need” to be anything but in love with your SELF! Nor do you need to be rescued, nor do you need to be taught anything, nor do you need to struggle, or suffer, or fear anything.

For those of you entangled in any sort of internal quagmire now, we suggest that you hit the “pause button” for a moment. All you really need do is–well, actually, the first thing we would suggest is to just RELAX.
Oh, we understand that, rather like “a dog with a bone,’ the ego does not like to let go of its struggles, but you are far more than the ego confines you into believing that you are! We suggest that you remember that, and simply “drop the bone.” It is fine to put the bone scenario on hold for later, if you choose! We only said hit the “pause button,” after all! So, if only for a moment, just drop the bone, step out of the quagmire, and simply breathe. Relax.
Yes. Just relax. Yes.

Beautiful.
Now that you have gotten this far, acknowledge your mastery in doing so. Pat yourself on the back! Give yourself a hug, look in the mirror and kiss your reflection! Do it! No matter how the ego cringes and tries to get you back to “the old bone,” just DO IT! Hold your own, for YOU have stolen yourself away from the ego’s trenches, and YOU are NOT that! YOU are the being you just kissed.

Now, decide to steal your SELF away from what you are not for a few more moments. Use these moments as a “vacation” from the trenches, if you prefer to see it that way, and just enjoy yourself. Yes, do something about which you can say, “I am enjoying myself!” Do as many of those things as you like, in fact. They are usually very simple things, of the sort the ego would call “doing nothing.” Excellent! Enjoy them, and say aloud, so that you can hear your own voice, “I am enjoying my SELF!”

HEAR your voice ring deep inside of you as you say this, so that you can be
sure that your “vacation” of enjoying your SELF is authentic.
It is NOT “filling your time” with activities in order to avoid your SELF. It is NOT throwing yourself among others just to bolster a “false self,” a persona invented by the ego. Oh, no! THIS is a time of joining with and enjoying what happens WITHIN you, and who else is or is not around is of no consequence. This is between you and YOU, this communion of enjoyment.

Oh, how lovely that is for us observe! How momentous such moments are!
For in those moments, you accept your SELF exactly as you are. You experience your SELF, and say that it is good. And in that moment, you are God. YOU are THAT.

Without self-acceptance, you cannot love yourself. Without self-love, you keep yourself apart from the all, either in fear, shame, or both. Until you accept yourself, you will fear what you do not accept within you in the ALL. Remember this truth: Each and all in your collective is ONE. EACH of the all is precious to the whole. Without YOU, the whole is not ALL.
Without YOU, the diamond is flawed.

The answer to ALL is the most simple and pleasant one possible, and it is the only answer: Love your SELF! Embrace ALL of YOU! En-joy Your SELF, Beloved! Release self-judgment, be a generous lover with your SELF! Be a loving GOD! For in truth, in your deepest capacity, YOU are THAT.

We love you so! Enjoy your SELF! There is nothing within you that cannot be faced, cannot be accepted, cannot be forgiven, cannot be trusted, cannot be loved. Such things are only illusions, anyway. So, play, be as a child again, be out with nature and feel how Gaia loves you! THIS is your how you create a new universe. You ARE LOVE! Enjoy that which you are. Your universe awaits you.

We shower you with salutations that carry frequencies of your very own sweetness!

Yes, we do just that, for we feel the sweetness of your frequencies, and since you do not yet fully claim them as your own, we send them back to you, so that you can feel them as sent by us, instead. Ah, what a game we must play sometimes in order to honor your playing fields! So, play along with us, and take your own sweet frequencies in along with ours as you read, please!

We will try to be as brief as possible in our transmissions for the next few months, now that Yeshuwa has told you the truth of all that is seeded within you. We know that those of you who persist in taking in our transmissions through the mind find the process “tiring” when the messages are long. All those tiny little words to pick through–we would find the going tedious ourselves! And so, we are attempting to bring you our frequencies in smaller bursts until each and all of you have given up the “mind game” and accepted your abilities to simply read frequencies. We most certainly do not want to give your minds even more to chew over! My goodness, that is the last thing you, or any of us, needs now!

Do not worry, however, if you have not yet been diligent in reading from the heart. Because of all the support and information you have accessed over the last five weeks, you will very likely “make the switch” over the next few months of integration. We touch you now only to be sure that you understand all that you have received from Yeshuwa, and that you endeavor to hold those frequencies alive again within you. By doing so, many of your most troublesome beliefs, being rooted in linear thinking, will be shaken loose with ease.

By all means, do not hold onto them because you are used to thinking of them as “yours!” That is only the third dimensional ego trying to hold you in place. Your “ego” wants only to be in control, fo the purpose of keepng you aligned with the limitations of the third dimensional brain. It is a construct. It is not who you are. Let all of the bondage fall away now. Let your spirit expand now! We understand that doing so may feel like ALL is falling away from you as a result, but this is not the truth. What is falling away is only the programming that has limited your ability to soar.

Here is an example of the way old programs can subtly undermine the soaring:

Many among you, under the controlling influence of the ego, have already “decided” what you call your “New Earth” should look like! Have “decided” to then proclaim to others “what does and does not belong there!”This is an example of the game of “trying to do 5d through 3d methods,” as we pointed out a few months ago! We were amused then, but now less so. Now, we feel the effects of this too much.

We know that there are some of you who feel distress at hearing those sorts of proclamations. Do not be distressed! Be glad that your heart is signaling you, and simply love those who feels the need to hang onto control in that way. They are very frightened. For those who are reading now that have “bought into” these stories of control, this desire to “be in charge,” recognize the fear behind it. Find the fear within yourself, thank the proclaimers, and let the fear go NOW.

Such “proclamations,” no matter how poetic or idyllic they sound, are reflections of self-avoidance. What they proclaim is the presence of self-judgments within the proclaimers. Emmanate compassion to them then, that they may find the rsonance of your compassion within themselves, and for themselves. The “New Earth” is not something that can be found anywhere other than within you. It has only to do with your own changes in consciousness.

As your vibrational frequency rises, the outer world simply reflects the change. As you clear your own inner space with Light, you begin to do so for the collective as well. So do not limit yourself with expectations of how this “should look,” or how it “should come about!” Do not look outside yourself to see whether the changes that “should happen” are occurring, either! Nor do you need to wait for anything to happen outside of you! Simply look within to see how YOU are creating it all. All you need to do is create it within and let it out!

Do not wait for anyone to tell you that “you are ready” to ascend, either. You need only to note the labor pains you’ve been feeling and allow them to guide you. Many have seen these labor pains as afflictions, or “ascension symptoms.” As if ascension was an illness! We have a good laugh over that one, we admit.

Many are also trying to block their own labor pains out entirely, blaming them on transient, situational occurrences. You have no afflictions, no “ flu!” Nor are the “temporary dramas” that are flaring up with many now anything other then LIFE pushing through all barricades to be born!

You need no directions, either, for birth is an entirely natural process.
Simply find the Light in the core of you and push it out, as a mother pushes out her fully formed child. Set your Light free! It is not complicated! Only by resisting it, only by trying to hold the birthing back, do you create your agonies.

You are ALREADY LIGHT. You are MADE OF LOVE. All else is illusion.
You are seeded with Christ Consciousness, the golden alchemy of compassion! Your ascension is simply you giving birth to YOURSELF!

Do you understand? The kingdom of God is within you because You are God.
THIS is what Yeshuwa showed you by being born in human form, through human birth, those thousands of years ago. By being born of humanity, in humanity,Yeshuwa showed you who YOU are, and what YOU will now do. YOU are the Light of the world.

And that birthing, Dearest One, will unite your family in a holy rejoicing beyond anything your universe has ever known before. With your Golden Light, you will integrate the all on your planet back into Oneness. That Oneness will then ignite integration throughout the universe itself. Do you remember what Yeshuwa told you of your origins? You have a VERY large family to integrate, indeed! You see, you will not only create a New Earth within you. YOU will create a whole New Universe.

We want to add that we know that there are some among you now who are great masters, and are accessing and clearing on behalf of the entire collective on a far larger scope than what we have just addressed. We want you to know that WE KNOW YOU. We know who you know who you are, and all that you have taken on. Feel the resonance of our recognition within you now!

Know that what you feel is true, and that you are exhalted for what you are doing. Know that you ARE doing it! Soon, you will feel much freer, much less burdened, and your praises will be sung throughout your universe forever!

We will depart momentarily so that you can digest, but before we blow you goodbye kisses with our frequencies until next time, we want to offer this: If you who are reading ever feel stirred by our transmissions to ask a question, oh, please do so! 6.18.11 Yeshuwah Tells the Story of Your Light, part 3– A Lesson on Reading Its Frequencies

We greet you with the light of many dancing rainbows at this exciting moment of your “time!”
Can you feel our light energy playfully sparkling and flashing with irridescent colors as we express our joy and excitement at connecting with you in this moment? Each collective among us is contributing, and so there are many rainbows, all unique, yet ALL made of one thing, and that is Love/Light… as are you.

NOW, as your solstice is settling around you, among you, we feel it as a cause for great celebration, for this solstice is a MOST wonderful wave that will carry you MOST powerfully– wherever you are headed– in no time at all. We mean that literally, “in no time.” You are living more outside the bounds of third dimensional time NOW than in it– for those of you with scientific tendencies, the word “quantum” would apply.

We are also excited because of the purpose of this message. Yeshuwah has decided to prepare you to fully take in the rest of The Story of YOUR Light, before continuing it. As part of this preparation, we get to play with you a little throughout this message! Yeshuwah will soon take over this transmission and explain your preparation most carefully. We, however, will tell you about the game we will be playing, and it is this–

After Yeshuwah’s introduction, we will begin braiding our frequencies in and out of the message at various “times.” Your part in the game is to see if you recognize us, and can begin to tell us apart! Won’t that be fun? You don’t need to know who we are by name, that is of no consequence! You need only to recognize the feel of us, and the subtle differences in our frequencies, much the way you recognize a friend’s face, or voice, without needing to be told a name label in order to know the friend. You will be surprised at how well you do, too– and that is the whole point of the game.

We stress that our game does not minimize the importance of Yeshuwah’s transmission NOW– although we are aware that some among you would say we are “making light of it.” Well, we ARE “making light” of it, and we are doing so playfully as well! What Yeshuwah speaks of IS en-lighten-ing. To make it “heavy,” or “dark,” or “burdensome” would be….ridiculous. Counter-productive!

Yeshuwah will speak now, of a MOST critically important (and light, and joyful!) subject. (See if you can feel us flitting in and out every so often…)

This is Yeshuwah.
We wish to continue your story, and we have come to the point where the story is OURS together. We know that many of you await eagerly, as do your aspects in other dimensions, and that gladdens us deeply. Know that in addition to the vastness of YOU, there are also billions of other beings gathered to thrill to the story of YOUR LIGHT. Although we are most pleased of that, our deepest desire is that the story be received by YOU at this time. YOUR access to your story is important NOW above all else… for YOU are the one who will finish it.

The timing is right for the telling, for the energies of this particular solstice will support your abilities to receive it more fully than ever before. We therefore wish to speak of your “reception technology” before continuing, for it is also a topic of the utmost importance. We will explain.

If your “receiving modality” is to process our transmissions by sending the written words to the brain to be deciphered, know this: You will receive only 2% to 15% of
what is being transmitted to you. That is because there ARE no words in the third dimension to hold and carry what we express to you!

Surely, that is not surprising, is it? Your words are of a language designed for communication by the brain, which, as you have used it thus far, was “customized,” you might say, to process the perceptual range of the third dimension alone. All frequencies that are beyond that range are simply thrown out. “Junk mail,” your computer programs might categorize them, correct? Well, we certainly do not want your precious story to be filtered away from you as disposable “junk!”

Yet, if we were to tell you the story of YOUR Light through words alone, we would have to tell it to you 10,000 times, using different words and metaphors each time, to even begin to awaken within you the truth of your story. Your spoken/written languages do not have the capacity for that much variation. And would you WANT to have to read 10,000 times to receive perhaps 60% of a transmission that you could receive fully in one reading by simply switching your technology of receiving?

We laugh with you. You would, indeed, have to be VERY committed to staying in the third dimension to answer “yes” to that question, would you not? Especially when you already HAVE the technology to receive the fullness of your story WITHOUT the tedium of processing through the brain at all!

You are energetic beings, and energy is your medium. Frequency is your native language. There is much information and support flooding your planet now to assist you in returning to your “native tongue” of frequency. The time to do so is NOW. It is “your ticket,” as you might say, to your freedom as creator beings.

That is why we wish for you to USE “your ticket,” and receive our transmissions through frequency. In truth, there is no other way to recognize their resonance within you. Thus, and most especially for those among you who are still “new” in your current experience of receiving through frequency, we feel it paramont to offer some assistance.

Firstly, do not “think” it is “hard,” or takes practice to receive through frequencies! You already KNOW how to do it, and you do it all the time. It is just that your brain throws out all that you receive in that manner … it is “junk mail,” you remember, as far as the third dimensional brain is concerned.

So! Do not feed our messages to your brain! It can’t process them, and YOU will not get them. Instead, center yourself in your heart before you begin to take in a message.
Breathe into your heart, feel it open, and feel your heart energy begin to flow through you. Connect with that energy, for it is YOU. Focus your attention on your heart, the source of that energy, and simply decide to decode our transmission from there. THAT’S where the technology you need awaits you.

You don’t have to “learn how.” That is ego/brainprogramming. You already KNOW how. It is only the old programming that does not. Nor need you be concerned about “understanding, ” or “remembering” what the words say. The words are only carriers of the frequencies. Simply feel yourself taking the frequencies in, and know that if you feel them, you are receiving them.

So, bypass questions, please, and just let your heart do what it does. As you “read” our transmissions through your heart, simply FEEL them. What will create the feeling will be our frequencies. THAT is where the information is. Simply read, breathe, open, receive, FEEL what you are receiving. Then, you will have it within you, and will “know.” The evidence that you “know” will soon follow.

Trust your ability! You simply haven’t used it consciously before now, but it works beautifully, we assure you. The knowing will be planted within you, and you will discover, as you begin to experience your knowing, as you find yourself changing, that you are knowing through “feeling our frequencies” far more than your brain could ever begin to conceive of.

Do not waste your time panning for gold through a sieve!
Remember–if you allow your brain to discard what it cannot recognize when you read the story of YOUR Light, you will not receive what is rightfully yours. You will not receive what you have been waiting for, for a very long time…as has your universe.

Your own frequency will elevate as you continue to receive us through frequency, as well.. Our messages will begin to permeate you effortlessly, much like your sunlight. The more adept you get at this “new” 5th dimensional skill, the easier it becomes, the lighter it feels, and the more you receive.

We repeat–we tell you all of this NOW because we do not want the rest of the story of Your Light to run off you like so many dry words in the telling.
We, Yeshuwah, call you to receive your story, OUR story, through its frequencies, for they are yours as well.
We ask you to prepare yourself to do this. It is an easy transition, for it is your heritage. Practice and play through discerning the frequencies woven within this transmission.
We, Yeshuwah, repeat once more– we want you to take in all that we are about to tell you. We wish you to thoroughly know the glory of who you are.

We, Yeshuwah, wish to remind you of this as well:
YOU are “the love of our lives,” to translate through your words.
If you feel the FREQUENCY carried in those words, however, you will feel how small those words are compared to what we are truly conveying!
No combination of your words, Beloved, could even begin to express this LOVE we have for you.

This is the celestial team.
We have all braided together again. If you recognized differences in frequencies even once or twice while receiving Yeshuwah’s guidance, you are on your way! Hurray for you! Now practice, have fun as you do, and then, you will receive far more than you can “coceive of,” when Yeshuwah tells you the rest of your story…your story until this point anyway.

We love you! We support you in receiving ALL of the energies that support you now in stepping into ALL that you are. Always and in All Ways — the celestial team

Yes, it is us, the celestial team!! We greet you lovingly and also most excitedly at THIS particular moment!
There is a very special reason for our excitement, for in this transmission, Yeshuwah will bring you “up to date” on the story of Your Light at last. The telling of your story has, and is, unfolding in divine synchronicity with the activating frequencies of light that have been inundating your planet. Your story commands that this be so. NOW, in the frequencies of your new moon, many powerful forces have joined to make this the most potent time for you to receive the end of your story–which will actually be The Beginning. We mean that literally, for YOU will write the story from now on.

As YOU take in the meaning, the frequencies, that Yeshuwah shares with you, the story becomes YOURS to continue. It is placed into YOUR hands, so that you will transmit it, through your own frequencies, to others. This is quite a “turning point” for us as well, for we will be learning the rest of the story from YOU now. YOU will “have the ball,” as you say. YOU will play the rest of the story out, and how you play it will affect your entire universe.

If you are feeling pressured by that information, please recognize the pressure as the remains of old programs of powerlessness kicking up, and release them. There is no such thing as “powerlessness!” There ARE no victims, or perpetrators. There IS no right or wrong. There is only “and.”

AND… you are FAR more than a “temporary ego construct”–as is your mind, as well. The energies of this month have been most powerfully assisting you in doing the releasing of that old paradigm of separation. NOW, this new moon conglomerate of energy will assist you in anchoring the truth you will be receiving from Yeshuwah.

So, release, relax. and take it all in. You have “oodles” of support, and you have been WAITING for this awakening, this remembering, this stepping into the freedom of your true nature! What is required is only integration–synthesis– for there is only One. In truth, the angst you have felt up to now has actually been your Divine Nature “chomping at the bit” to be released from constucts of division–from the ego/brain’s stubborn perception of opposites as being “oppositional”– rather than pieces of the same cloth calling to be interwoven into wholeness once again.

NOW, rejoice in letting go of all limiting constructs, all programming that resisted the freeing of your spirit! None of them can stop you anyway, if you so choose to be free, so why not just let them go and end the angst? Drop them, Beloved, for they are no longer of service. Let yourself remember what you know, which is that love needs no reason and no justification.

Yes. It is that easy. It is only the holding onto a belief in the pattern of struggle that requires the quagmire of reasoning. And YES– to attempt to get anywhere through “reason” will always end you more deeply entrenched in the very quagmire you are “trying to reason your way” out of. It is a treadmill, and nothing more. NOW it is time to breathe the air of freedom, to know that you are free at last to be all that you are, and to know that ALL that you are is good. Only the programming you have lived by creates distortions otherwise.

We welcome you into your divinely intelligent Love/Light. We KNOW who you are. We know YOU, the one who reads, and it is to YOU we speak.

This is Yeshuwah.
We join you now with the fullness of our frequencies.
We hold nothing back in our desire to expose all that we are to you.
We are “naked,” you might say, as we enfold you– if you will let us.
We ask that you be naked, too, as you receive us.

Fear not, Beloved, for you know us well.
This is NOT our first time” together, after all! Far from it.
Ours is a love affair that has burned with a passion so great
that even centuries devoted to squelching it could never put it out.

We smile the electro-magnetic power that runs our entire universe
into your eyes, your heart, your very being…as you take us into you,
an awake and conscious participant, once again. The power is LOVE, of
course. Let the ecstasy of LOVE be released with you NOW.
Ah, how we, Yeshuwah, love to feel the purity of your passion
and the innocence of your joy!

Intertwined in this way, we will go on with our story.
We will not fill in every detail. You hold the details in your heart.
For each of you, they are different.
Know that as we do the telling, we speak to you as if you are the
only one. As you are, in truth, for like us, you are only one.

We remember all of the details we shared together, and we will
plant our knowing of you into the words. Only open your heart,
and feel our intimacy with you and you alone.
Let the frequencies carried within the words activate the memories
you have held close within your heart for so, so, long.

As we shared last, we, Yeshuwah, came to walk among you. We came in human
form, and there were many of us. The New Testament of your Bible speaks of
us by compiling us into the man who is called “Jesus.” In truth, there were
many, both male and female, who came with our frequency to walk among you.
Upon our arrivals, the universe watched and was moved, for we brought
unconditional love into a dimension of polarity, and seeded such love within
polarity itself. This was the seeding of a love that could integrate ALL
aspects, such as male and female, dark and light, into ONE. This was a
seeding of integration that the universe has never known before.

We walked among you with great love at a time when you most needed to be
reminded that you are all ONE. We reminded you that your God is within you,
that your God is Love, and so You are Love. We all spoke many words and
used metaphors to say, “Love yourself, and so Love one another” in many
different ways. We were reminding you of your divinity. Miracles were
performed. They were demonstrations of what you yourself can do, and
nothing more. We very much loved our time with you!

We have returned to your planet, and we walk with you now again. Some of you, as is our Judith, are one of us who was here then and has returned now to “finish the job.” Others of you were there to hear our messages and take in our frequencies during that time, and have returned to assist in fertilizing the blooming. Still others of you carry “imprints” of lives that communed with us then, in order to bring them with you into NOW.

In short, YOU who are reading this have already made sure you have access to these memories. That is why you are reading, we assure you. You hold memories of us within you and have been waiting to claim them. We are telling you this about yourself so that you will claim them NOW.
Please take that in. This is your truth.

Remember who you are and why you are here! Many of you have read your New Testament, and although the story of Jesus is a distorted one, many of the teachings and parables recorded within it still carry the Yeshuwah frequency. Although words can be changed, our energy cannot be tampered with.

You who have read the book are well aware of that, for you have felt our
frequencies resonate within you. You who have not read the book will feel them from time to time if you do. Trust that, and note what you are reading when you feel the resonance. Although the teachings were used by the frameworks of oppression that were already in place, the frequencies live. Trust them. Listen to THEM.

And we will tell you this: Know above all else that this “crucifixion”
theme that has been hung over you and around your necks was propagated only to
do just that–to be as a noose around your necks in order to force you into
obedience! That was very far from our message or our intent. We, Yeshuwah,
care nothing about the ways we “died!” We knew such things would happen
in the political and religious climate of the time, and it was of no concern
to us. We know there is no such thing as “dying.” We simply left the
physical body when and how we wished to, just as you do.

What WAS important was our demonstration of ascension. We would show
ourselves to you after the death of the physical body, always. We did so in
order to seed within you the foretelling of your OWN future, which is YOUR
ascension. That is what you are doing right NOW, and you certainly do not
need to be “crucified” to do it!

We want to be clear: You do NOT need to suffer in order to ascend.
Nor have you “sinned.”
Nor do you need to confess anything.
Nor “repent” for anything, nor do anything at all to be “worthy” of love.

YOU are here to use the seeding of compassion that we, Yeshuwah, planted back
then. You have brought it with you to your planet NOW, to do what has
never been done before. You are here to use the compassion we seeded to weave
all back into Oneness.

Only with compassion can you integrate duality into One.
Only with compassion can you welcome all of You home again.
You carry that precious seeding within you, and you feel it.
It is growing, it is bursting through the lid that has been placed
upon you by programs of control.
THERE is your angst, your “growing pains!”

Simply feel your longing and your resonance with our words to you,
and let the flower of compassion burst through the lid! It will not hurt.
It is only the effort of holding it back that hurts.

NOW, let the blooming of Love just happen.
It is already there within you, Beloved. Just let it happen!
You need not do anything but allow your heart’s desire to bloom–
except LOVE yourSelf as WE love you.

There is nothing within you that needs forgiveness.
There is nothing to suffer for, nothing to fear,
and nothing to control. We tell you that the blooming IS
your safety as well as your joy.
Bloom Love, then!

We tell you this–
If you allow our seeding to bloom, if you allow yourself to have
the unconditional love that we, Yeshuwah planted in your heart,
then you will emanate that golden light to all on your planet,
for you are One.
And once you do that, the entire universe will light up–
with YOUR golden light.
Please take that in. This is your truth.

Remember us! Remember our love. Remember how we see you!
To us, you shine like the diamond you are.
Feel yourself shine, Beloved! Feel our love.
Then just be what you are, which is Love.
And watch everything change in the glory of your Love/Light.

THIS is what you can do, simply by being what you are.
Please take that in, Beloved. This is your truth…OUR truth.

We, the celestial team, return now to “wrap up” this transmission by adding our love to it as well. Please take in Yeshuwah’s words and frequencies thoroughly now, while within the energies that transport them, and anchor them firmly within yourself. Then, filter all that you experience from this moment on through them, and let everything bloom and be NEW. We know that this is what you came here to do. We know the joy you will feel in the doing. Now it begins!

YOU ARE the Ascension

Hello, again, we reach out to you in this message through the very strongest, most penetrating, “voices” among us!

We do so because we want you to FEEL them within you! If you allow yourself to FEEL them, what you will truly be feeling is their resonance with your OWN strength and your OWN power. That is our greatest intent now– that you feel your OWN power ring in response to our frequencies. Please open yourself to feel our frequencies now. Feel the power within them. Are you? Do you?

Ah, some of you are and do, indeed, and we celebrate that! NOW know that what you are feeling is your OWN power ringing in response to ours. Were that not so, you would not feel us at all. And for those of you who do not feel this ringing, we tell you that there is much power within you that you have not yet allowed yourself to access. We assure you of this. It is time now to allow yourself to open to and reclaim your power! Let it ring!

Your sun, moon, planetary neighbors– indeed, your entire universe!– are at this very moment beginning to provide you with much energetic impetus to carry you into the next phase of your shift.
It is time now to release the old once and for all.
Time to step out of the tide pools and join with the ocean you have summoned to you.
Time to stop flirting and allow yourself complete satisfaction!
Move into full integrity–“walk like you talk,” as your saying goes.

You have longed for this vibrational shift. You’re on the planet to be part of it! So, BE it.
BE your ascension. Live it.
You will HAVE what you LIVE. That has always been true.
Nothing has ever been “done to you” without your beckoning. It is time to KNOW that, to claim your authority, your authorship, and use it consciously.
Throughout your month of June and into the early part of July, you will receive much energetic support to clear away the old illusions and step into the energy of NOW. How you experience this support will be decided entirely by YOU. You are sovereign.
Take that in!!

We tell you this most pointedly now because, unless you are intent on grounding in the white light of your wholeness within you, you’ll have a bit of a time handling the reactions that these accelerating energies bring forward. We do not mean only within you, for remember, you are all ONE.
If you feel confusion within, you will find it all around you until you clear it at the source-within you. ANYTHING that you refuse to integrate into your center of unconditional love within you will only be projected around you.
Why? Because you are sovereign, and the universe supports your choice of whether or how to ascend exactly as you order it to. ALWAYS.

It is becoming increasingly IMPORTANT that you claim your sovereignty and ground it WITHIN you. As the energies accelerate, there will be much going on around you in very complex, interplaying patterns. Quite a show! Many who have not been “learning as they go” will be “bouncing off walls,” for awhile, so to speak. This is because the “shift” into 5D in fact, has already occurred. It is now only a matter of letting go of 3D completely and letting yourself BE there! That is ALL that is required!

Some are playing “catch-up.” Everyone has their own rhythms, after all…and all are just fine.
However, for those who still hesitate, many beings with “agendas,” differing interests, and many versions of “truth” will solicit your attention, especially if you are in doubt. Not all beings, on your planet or otherwise, are in alignment with the shift, you know!

More and more, you will be “solicited” with messages from beings who imply that they are “fighting the dark forces,” or “protecting you,” or providing you with help in some way that you NEED and cannot provide for yourself! Some will even tell you that they will replace your governing bodies of
control with their own, on YOUR behalf!

Use your discernment. Recognize when your fears are being “played to.”
Recognize when you are being manipulated, for you know this game well.
“Advertisements” have manipulated you into feeling powerless and in NEED throughout your lifetime! They activated fear or need, wove a little truth through their falsehoods, and you allowed yourselves to be “played.” This is a vary old game. Ho-hum to it.

If you have claimed your own light, you will see right through all of this as if it isn’t there. And it won’t be, for you! If not, however, it is because you are still a player in that game, and you will need to choose “in or out” rather quickly to avoid “giving your power away” yet again. Do not be surprised that such manipulations can come from outside of your dimension. Please recall that we told you quite awhile ago that you are solving galactic problems through volunteering to integrate them on yourplanet, and on behalf of many, many, beings!
Well, then. As above, so below.

If you look without for answers, you are not yet aware that YOUR answers are within.
If you look outside yourself for “help” in your collective ascension, note that you have not accepted responsibility for your OWN power, your OWN mastery.
You ARE the ascension. It all happens within you. NO external power can “do” it.

NO EXTERNAL POWER CAN HOLD A CANDLE TO YOUR OWN. Not in THIS game. Only
YOU can do it. And once you accept that and claim your mastery…the game is over.

We have spoken to you in this transmission as equals, as the Masters that you are. We will never see you in any other way. Our mission is always to remind you of who and what you are. Although some of the collectives among us have varying intimate relationships with you and so speak as mothers,
playmates, and many other close connections, none of us EVER see you as anything less than Masters, because you ARE no less.

All you need do is find the truth of that within yourself, appreciate every role you have ever played, and every aspect of all that you are. Know that you have played it all out for great purpose, and appreciate your SELF as thoroughly as WE do. Then, balance in your SELF, your center of neutral, unconditional love in the way we have spoken of in many transmissions. From there, you can do all
with ease. From there, you are ONE.

And so it is.–the celestial team
