I hear that question a lot (as if I can answer it better than one’s own Self can!). Almost always, it is asked through a tone that communicates protest and resistance–as if there is something WRONG with being tired.
Yikes. We ALL need to look at the meanings we attach to our own processes.
LOOK: To judge being tired as a “problem” will only make it one–for YOU.
REAL-IZE: Such judgment is born of OLD programs of enslavement–not even relevant NOW! Why choose to perpetuate your own enslavement? Why fill the role of being your own slave-driver–when what you long for is the freedom that you already HAVE? Crazy choice, isn’t it?
RECOGNIZE: Fatigue is RARELY a ”problem!” (Unless you make it one, of course.) Usually, it is a very GOOD indication that one is processing, re-charging, clearing old toxins–HEALING, in other words!
When we wake up to NEW meanings, EVERYTHING changes.

The link is actually the same one that was posted in the celestial team’s “Sovereign Authority: Re-View, Re-Member, Re-Claim” message yesterday. However, when posted in the midst of their very powerful, high frequency, Love/Light transmission, through my wearying earthly fingers, some sort of “glitch” occurred, and all who clicked on the link found a black screen saying, “Sorry. This video does not exist.”
Well, the video certainly does exist! A more accurate statement to find on that black screen would have been, “Sorry. Your ability to access this video is currently being interfered with.” Yes. It was “interference.” However, this “interference” is NOW actually being transmuted into a very valuable “teaching moment.” Such is the power of practicing one’s ability to operate as a Sovereign Being of Frequency.
A brief explanation–My weariness led me to ask the celestial team to “Please wrap it up soon so that I could go to bed,” as you probably recall them disclosing! It was a most tender, funny, earthly/celestial moment we shared…and yet…It occurred because I’d let my weariness trigger old beliefs about “weariness” that brought up old meanings that were attached to very old memories about feeling powerless and taken advantage of. They had nothing to DO with the NOW! All I needed to do was re-center in the NOW and re-charge through consciously feeling my connecti0n with Source–not to mention the fizzy Love/Light I was transmitting through me!
But I “lost my place” in the NOW for a moment. When my fatigue activated those old programs, I went into a subtle state of resistamce–which I will tell you, unless you are tuned into your process and attuned to frequencies, can feel indistinguishable from “plain old weariness.” Well there is no such thing. It is “plain old resistance” that causes the feeling we perceive as “plain old weariness.” Nothing more.
I am very sure that it was my temporary “slide,” out of the NOW and into activations from the past, that created the opportunity for “interference” to scramble the video link codes. And, if I’d allowed them to put me back to sleep on the treadmills of the old paradigm, I would have fallen into the victim/perpetrator experience of separation. I would either have felt victimized by the opportunistic interference, or been full of self-blame for allowing it. BOTH are mired in powerlessness.
And, I would have missed a powerful opp0rtunity to access and clear those past programs of victimhood and self-judgment! I would have missed this jewel of an opportunity to use my own experience as an example of the importance of accessing and practicing our power tools as Sovereign Energetic Beings who create reality through frequency! I would have missed the gift of illustrating what is an ongoing, very personal process–a way of life–even for one who has been practicing for decades in doing just that, as I have. It is through the moment by moment practice as a way of life that we expand, and create, and feel the exhilaration of BEING– fully alive and growing more so—through the process–in every moment.
Please watch the video. Within it, the celestial team offers more than you know, through their frequencies and words–since you are just beginning to know, as we ALL are–what being fully alive is like “beyond the treadmills!” And we can all have such FUN together in the learning (re-membering)! That is what we have forgotten…
It is “time” to “re-member together.” Of that I am very sure., for I have felt “timing” guide me in creating the POWERTOOLKIT, in impulsing me with laser-like precision as to when to offer these lessons in energy alchemy to others, and in exactly what sequence. The “time” has come, and I will be introducing them very soon. The prosess is not fixed, for it cannot be. It will change and align with the frequencies and needs of each and all who feel ready to claim their sovereignty and use it. If you do not feel ready, trust that. Trust your process, and BE with YourSelf through it. Know that through your own Sovereign Self Love, your ascendancy is assured.
But if your heart tells you that you ARE ready– trust that! Know that you are a frontrunner, and do not listen to any doubts that tell you otherwise, for as long as you listen, they will always be there. Instead, take the leap, join the rest of us…and welcome home.

Namaste, Beloved!
We greet you that way NOW because that is the greeting, in your language, that most applies to You NOW. The frequencies of the word “namaste” are rich and complex, just as your humanity is–but to us, all of them resonate with “the God within all that WE are bows to the God within all that You are.” Please take the frequencies of those words into your heart center. Do so until You feel their meaning resonate, deep within your own heart. Feel that resonance swell as we say to You again, “Namaste to YOU, Beloved. Namaste!” Know that what You are feeling is your heart responding to your truth.
And, as You just felt the “living proof” that Source is within YOU, the real-ization that You are an Energetic Being with Sovereign Authority over all of your creations seems quite obvious, doesn’t it? How could it be otherwise? Your sovereign power to spin “reality” through your own frequencies is, and always has been, “unlimited, free from external control, and ruled by no being, human or otherwise.” You simply forgot, that’s all. You were busy exploring the illusions of powerlessness and separation! But NOW, Beloved, it is “time” to remember. It is “time” to re-member YourSELF.
So please do not let your brain skim over these words, and so keep You asleep in a state of “forgetting.” Do not allow the 3rd dimensional brain programming to run You on the treadmills of that old dream of powerlessness any longer! Neither “buy into” the programs of struggle and scarcity that kept You running in circles after whatever measley carrot was dangled in front of You. Wake up from the dream that “You had to,” in order to survive!
You do NOT need to run after carrots, Beloved. You have acres of sustenance within You, and You can spin them into external manifestations of abundance on your own, through your own frequencies! To re-member this, however, You DO need to begin to use your multidimensional heart as your NEW operating system, for that is where your knowing of how to operate as a being of frequency lies.
Please re-member, as well, that the reason You are not yet fully doing so (through your own sovereign choice, we might add) is NOT because You are “lagging behind,” or undeserving of your Sovereign Authority! Please do not “think” yourself back to sleep on those treadmills of self-judgment!
Instead, process such fears through your heart center, and please re-view our messages about all that You are doing here–on behalf of all aspects of YourSelf, your human collective, and your families in other star systems, as well. Look first to the messages that our Judith has placed in the category of “Your Gift to the Universe,” and then read wherever your heart calls You. Even if You have read them before, You will read them NOW anew, we assure You.
We are asking You to take our words and suggestions to heart in this particular moment of NOW because they will prepare You to receive the POWER TOOLKIT that our Judith will soon be introducing. We know that many who have been waiting for it will be very happy to hear this! We also know that many who have not yet expressed a desire to receive it are waiting, as well–including those who haven’t yet discovered that they are! (You see how lovely it is to have vision that is not limited by the illusion of linear time?!)
We see your desires to learn (re-member) the mastery of Energy Alchemy lighting up very quickly NOW because that desire is activated through the re-claiming of Sovereign Authority. And, although each of You does that in your own divine timing, your desires to do so are quickening as You move into the energies of your next solstice. So, we wish to assist You in “getting up to speed,” as You say! Our suggestions will help You get into total alignment, energetically, mentally, and emotionally, so that You will be ready to embrace the elements of the POWERTOOLKIT with excitement, and USE them in a sovereign way!
Well, Beloved, our Judith is letting us know that we are, once more, going on too long with our message. “Can’t you wrap it up?” is what she is actually transmitting–to which we shoot back, “We are trying!” We are laughing with great merriment as we tell You this (can You feel our laughter?), for this is an exchange that we often have with our earth member, and we DO understand the dilemma! It is impossible to communicate multidimensional information in a linear fashion without using many, many, MANY, words to capture even “the gist,” as You say. And we SO want to share it ALL with You, but the only way we can truly do so is through frequencies. That is why we will be thrilled when You become adept at reading frequencies–we will be able to tell You in one of your seconds what it takes our Judith hours to diligently sort through, condense, and tap out on her keyboard. (No wonder she wears the letters off and has to replace them every few months!)
All right, we are digressing, even we can see that! Our Judith is right, we do rather indulge ourselves in the pleasure of connecting with You, and we have done so quite enough for NOW. She will tell you more about the POWERTOOLKIT as she presents it, and we will we will “wrap it up.”
However, one more thing, and the most important one– the very reason we rallied together to transmit this message! It is to ask You to re-view the video we offered soon after You crossed the threshold of your 12/21/12. It is aptly called “Sovereign Anthority 2013.” Re-viewing it NOW through your heart center will help You to re-member, to activate NEW re-memberings, and amplify your resolve to re-claim your sovereignty. Each day the call comes, and with a little more intensity, or urgency, than the day before. It comes from the collective in the celestial team known as the Frequency Technicians. “Tell them AGAIN,” they pulse to me with their clean, strong, laser-like precision. “Tell them again that the future is NOW! There is no waiting! Tell them AGAIN that each and all of You are spinning the future into form in every NOW moment, through your own frequencies! Remind them that there is not one version of the future, either, but an infinite number of possibilities. nAs all of You are unique, so the future that each of You is creating NOW is, as well. Remind them that NOW is the time to be conscious! NOW is the time to be responsible! NOW is the time to stay awake! Be a bell that will not stop ringing! Be loud, our Judith! Do not LET them fall back to sleep! You, who are our earthly member, with human feet upon the earth, are a human bridge that other humans can recognize and trust. So you can see why NOW is the moment of power. It is where you choose what you want to create– and you DO create–through you own frequencies, the external reflections that match them. DO you see? What you’ve called “reality” is not. It is simply your own reflection. The only thing about it that is “real” is the energetic being that is YOU.

A LOVE–Filled Hello to YOU, Beloved!
We are popping in to innundate you with “high frequency technical support,” you might say, at this highly auspicious moment of your linear time. We do so because the energies of your Super Full Moon/Lunar Eclpse are NOW assisting You in recallibrating to the highest frequencies you have expanded enough to “re-set” YourSelf in. Isn’t that wonderful?
Your last two eclipses assisted you in clearing out many old beliefs that kept you from making this leap before NOW. Those were the “cans of worms,” as we metaphorically called them, brought up through the Laws of Resonance for exactly that reason, as we explained in our last video. NOW the powerful energies of your current moon are recallibrating your frequency signature, updating it, if you will, to the NEW highest one You can hold.
For that reason, it is important that You choose to hold your highest frequency. Doing so means choosing to stay consciously grounded in your body, in the NOW, in order to be attuned to YourSelf, so that YOU notice when your frequencies drop–so that YOU can reset them. The moon’s energies can only recallibrate You to your highest possible frequencies if You pulse them out, after all!
We understand that holding your sovereignty as an energetic being is also NEW to YOU, however. This is why we offer our own frequencies for You to use as a “frequency template.” When You need to re-set your own, and feel too “discombobulated” by whatever caused them to drop, do not despair. Simply use ours, Beloved. Call us to You, and we will be there. We always hear You, and we always respond. If you do not feel us with You, it is only because You have dipped to a frequency that is “out of range” and can’t pick up our frequencies–much like what happens with your car radios.
Should that happen, that is not a problem either, for we are telling you NOW how to handle that! To amplify our frequencies, just watch one of our videos, one that You have “felt us through” before, with the intention to tune into us from your heart center, and You will. And once you do–here is the beautiful truth–when You tune into our frequencies, you tune into your own. It is because of the Laws of Resonance, Beloved. Our frequencies are resonating within You because they are within You.

Yesterday morning, I was out on my front patio in the sunshine, planting seeds and flowers. Of course, the first phase of my project required that I make space for all of these new little lives by clearing out what was no longer alive. And so I did, being very careful not to disturb any plants that were still living, no matter how long and spindly their stems had become. I was amazed at how much joy this simple act was giving me–this welcoming of new life to grow around me! That is, until the awful happened.

Hello, Beloveds!
Judith here, bringing you a NEW video–and as the one who transmitted it, I do mean NEW! All the way around, the entire experience was different, and in such a NEW way that I have no old, familiar words to describe it. I was very tired before the transmission (as I often am these days, while my body adjusts to running ever higher frequencies), but the moment the celestial team came through, I was ablaze with energy. Or, as my videographer exclaimed afterward, “Judith, you were on fire!” She also said that the frequencies coming through me were so high that she kept “leaving her body.” Everything just seemed brighter, higher, more vivid–and I’m getting that its important to share this with you because THIS is what the 5th dimension feels like! This is where YOU are headed, and I can personally, humanly, tell you that it is WONDERFUL here, so keep on going!
Fittingly, the video was made in response to a collective cry for help, which, in a nutshell, was, “Why an I feeling so BAD? I thought we shifted!” Well, the celestial team is here to tell you all about it, and they leave no stone unturned. They explain the energetic characteristics of what we are going through NOW, how to use the Laws of Resonance to raise our own frequencies to match the NEW energies…and the single choice that will not only bring relief, but change everything–and is one that only YOU can make.
Before you watch, I also want to share one more awareness from my human perspective–The celestial team transmits a great deal of invaluable, high frequency information in this video, but their way of communicating is not linear. It is threaded together multi-dimensionally, and is, in that way, “all of a piece.” If you try to follow it through your ego-brain programming (which is linear), it will go on overload, and you’ll become dazed, confused, or sleepy. 5/9/13 On the Eve of Our New Moon/Solar Eclipse–A BIGTIME “Hit of the Day”

This particular “hit” seemed to form out of the very energies of our new moon/solar eclipse, and strike with an impact that I can only imagine is how it feels to be struck by lightning. It left me feeling weightless, disoriented, and most definitely “altered.” Even now, several hours later, I wondered if I might still be a little too shaky to put much energy into writing about it, and got the message, “Don’t write about it. You’ll be doing plenty of that later. For NOW, just tell them.”

O.K. I will. What “hit me” was that we are, with this new moon/solar eclipse, in the very midst of a major transition. We are manifesting a complete change in the way we experience ourselves, and one that will be irreversible. In fact, the words that actually kept coming up were “NEW LIFE.”…
We are, indeed, with You. Please take those words literally, and to heart. We did not “say” that we are communicating with You through these written words. We “said” that we are with You through these these words. They are carriers of our frequencies, and as Light Beings without physical form, our frequencies ARE us! Take that in, please.
Because You have lived in a world of physicality for aeons, and because You project YourSelf into physical forms in order to do so, You have become used to relying on Your physical senses to experience and navigate through Your perceived “reality.” This, of course, is a very good idea in a dimension of physicality. We do not by any means discourage You from continuing to use Your fine physical senses–at least, not when You are embodied as a physical being! You need them, and they serve You well.
What we ARE “saying” is that Your physical senses are not the only ones You have, just as YOU are not only a physical being. And, since You are no longer locked into a 3rd dimensional reality, it is “time” to start using Your non-physical senses, as well. The more You do, the more You will begin to sense and enjoy the lightness of the NEW energies You are in. On the other hand, the less You do, the more uncomfortable You will become. The reason for this is quite simple. You are an energetic being. You are responding to the energetic Laws of Resonance. That is all.
There is nothing mysterious or “beyond Your grasp” about this. The Laws of Resonance are just plain physics, meaning that they describe a characteristic of energy that is already operational and well-known on your planet. We believe our Judith has addressed them often, both in her workshops and on her website, and will soon do so again when she presents the fetchingly practical Power Toolkit that she is designing for You. For NOW, however, we offer a brief summary to “tide You over” until then, as You say. To encourage You to “ride the tides of NEW energy” as a Sovereign Energetic Being, is what WE say!
According to the Laws of Resonance, when lower frequencies encounter higher ones, they immediately attempt to rise into resonance with them. To put this natural energetic process into the context of Your human experience, it means that when YOU move into a NEW energy that is vibrating at a higher rate than You are accustomed to, any old programmed beliefs within You will immediately be activated to rise to meet them. To use our Judith’s vernacular, this means that “all of your ‘stuff’ comes up to be cleared and released,” so that You CAN resonate with the higher frequencies. It is normal energetic process, in other words, and a very positive one.
However, if one is not used to working with energy, as an energetic being, it can feel as if one has “opened a can of worms.” (That’s our Judith again, could you tell?) Well, our response to that is “Wonderful! Open the can by all means, and set the worms free!” And the way to DO that, Beloved, is by letting YourSelf be CONSCIOUS of them. Identify the beliefs (the metaphoric worms), then RELEASE JUDGMENT of them, of any parties concermed in their formation, and of YourSelf for buying into them. It is that simple.
Howver, humans who still feel powerless will make it very complicated, and even conjure up “more worms” in the process. They do this by either either trying to avoid the ones that do surface, or by shutting them out, or by resisting them. None of these methods work–unless Your intention is to continue to turn worms into demons and be enslaved by them, that is. So why not stay with the “worm metaphor,” instead? Why not let them go, rather than force them to become demons inside You? Metaphorical demons, of course! In truth they are nothing but worms, and illusionary ones, at that. But YOU, as a Sovereign Energetic Being, can create them into demons in YOUR perceptual reality, if You choose. And, You very often have…haven’t You, Beloved? Ah, we know…but take heart NOW! You don’t ever have to run that treadmill again…unless You choose to, of course.
If You do not, You can claim that Sovereign Authority of Yours! BE what You ARE! Only to the extent that You do, will You turn Your demons back into worms, and then…(wait for it, our Judith says!)…find out that they are actually caterpillars that You have, at last, released from their cocoons. We speak NOW in metaphors, we know, but the truth of what we are sharing with You is encoded within them. Take them to heart, and let them unfold into insights that will be like butterflies, themselves…just as YOU are.

From the celestial team–
Beloved, we greet you with our loving assurance that you are NOT alone.
Nor have you taken leave of your senses and “gone mad,” as you say! Quite the contrary, you are gaining MORE of your senses. So, your experiences are heightened NOW, often beyond your current capacity to assimilate or understand. We know. We also know that both the “highs” and the “lows” of your experiences are often manifesting in very rapid succession. It is a temporary process, but a critical one. It is also extremely discombobulating to the human sensibilities that you have become accustomed to. We SEE that, and we surround you with our love, that you not become distressed.
Indeed, we ask that you become diligent about NOT feeding the frequencies of distress in any way. And the word we chose–“diligent”–is one to take literally, for it is YOUR diligence that is required NOW, and more so than ever. Why? Because you are NOW manifesting your experiences more quickly and vividly than ever! This means that you can jump to alternate realities in days or even moments. You have already seen evidence of this, and been amazed. It means, as well, that whatever limiting beliefs and expectations that you have not released are ALSO manifesting quickly and vividly. Hence, the “roller-coaster of experience” that is the cause of your discombobulation.
Understand that this is happening at your service!” Drama,” for example, is created only when needed in order to experience aspects of YOURSELF through reflections that are too unsettling to be ignored. “Depression,” on the other hand, is the result of… accumulated boredom, you might say. Boredom is the signal that it is “time” for change, and it is the continued avoidance of that need that eventually begins to dampen the spirit.
What we are attempting to illustrate is that ALL of your experiences NOW are in service of showing you your OWN frequency states, and so what YOU are creating through them. They are calling you to claim your sovereignty with the same impeccable diligence that is also required of YOU, and it is through heeding them that you will learn to find your balance.
Heed them then, Beloved! The sheer p0wer of your sovereign authority is a staggering realization, when it first fully dawns. We know. And accepting the responsibility of being your own reality creator can seem even more staggering, when first fully realized. We know–and yet wish to remind you, as well, that it is not news! It is your truth, and always has been. And once you accept it–and only when you do–you will find it to be your nature. Easy, effortless, divine, and joyful. How do we know? Maybe it’s my background as an actor, but right NOW, I’m thinking that the frequencies of the celestial team are a hard act to follow. Lol! I’m laughing because I’m also realizing that such “comparison thinking” is an old worn-out drum, beating weakly out of the old paradigm of separation. It has no power over me anymore–in fact, it just sounds silly! And with that fabulous awareness, I’m tossing it out, and offering my own human two cents (or millions!) on the powerful lunar eclipse of our Scorpio full moon. I have tuned into it, and I can tell you that it is a beautiful vision for we human earthlings in more ways than through the sense of sight, alone.
It is a vision for “visionaries,”meaning that it will amplify your own vision, whatever it is focused on. Of course, the energies of any full moon always amplify the effects of whatever you focus on within them. In very simple, colloquial terms, that means “what you SEE is what you GET,” when you’re looking through the light of a full moon. (Always a wise idea, then, to choose what you focus on during a full moon with VERY conscious intent!)
This one, however, being coupled with this particular lunar eclipse, will also amplify your intention to release old beliefs that no longer serve you. “YOUR intention to release” is the operative phrase, here. Because you ARE sovereign, NOTHING is ever taken from you. It is only YOUR choice to release it that rallies the support YOU need in doing so. (Welcome to sovereignty! Don’t worry, you’ll get used to it…in fact, you (we) wouldn’t have it any other way.)
Here’s a last insight I want to pass onto you–the luar ecplipse gives our moon a pinkish cast, and pink is the color of the personal heart chakra. If you spend as much of the night as you can under the moonlight, opening your own heart to its resonance, it will support and nourish you in aligning with your highest aspirations. (It also feels wonderful!) Of course, YOU must claim your aspirations first, and intend to act from them, before the moon can have a go with them. I strongly suggest that you do, and then let the moon have at them with full abandon (“lunacy,” I think that was once called…)–for what I’m sensing is that, whatever we plant NOW, we WILL harvest in the fall.
Btw, if you missed out on basking in the pinkish light of our full moon’s eclipse on 4.25, just intend to experience it tonight. Mean it, and you will, even if you can’t “see” it with your eyes!
